DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LUXURY EXPERIENCE. FALSE ADVERTISING! We were booked for 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night because the experience was so bad. First, you check in with the restaurant hostess as there is no designated hotel staff. And the restaurant staff are incredibly rude. They are not able to differentiate between hotel guests and others since anyone from the public can walk around the premises. When you come and go from the hotel, they treat you like you are trespassing. Second, the pool is a major disappointment. The hours are very limited and then once lunch service begins, it becomes a zoo with everyone taking selfies throughout the hotel. It is also cold, not clean, and the sun is blocked by the restaurant canopy. When you are trying to enjoy the pool in the morning, the staff are setting up for lunch service. Third, the staff are incredibly unprofessional and rude. We invited a friend for drinks and was denied entry by the staff. We had to argue with her to allow our guest in. When we ordered a drink the bartender was discussing using painkillers with a server. For breakfast service, there was no staff around to seat us and it took forever to find someone. Fourth, the rooftop could be great, but there are no cushions on the furniture! When we asked the staff, they said that's how it is. The place is a zoo and management is lacking. We want a refund for the 2 nights we missed due to the experience!

We came here during an evening walk. There was no way we would be able to get in for dinner but there were kind enough to admit us to the bar. We ordered fabulous cocktails and cokes for our teens. We were able to walk around and gawk at the lavish mansion. We ended up on the front terrace enjoying our evening.

This place is so fun to experience. I enjoyed a three course dinner that was amazing. The beach is right across the street. Trust me you will not regret your stay. It’s worth the money. The staff is super helpful and you can valet your car for an extra daily fee. Hope you enjoy your stay! Check out stylingwithsadira on YouTube. I will be posting a video of my stay there.

No room service, no concierge, no mini bar, no problem. If you want to throw away a ton of money and have zero services this is the place to do it. We were told there was no room service "just for today" which was obviously BS. Like a lot of luxury hotels during COVID this place is being run on a skeleton crew just to grab money without offering anything. None of the buttons on the phone work, they've all been disconnected. You can literally get better service at a motel 6, best western, marriot for $100 per night. These hotels need to realize they're ruining their reputation for a quick money grab. Yeah you "got me", I can't check out and get my money back now, but we'll never stay here again. Feels like we were robbed.
