It was my first time at Monte Carlo and I loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. You are welcomed with complimentary snacks and the apartment has the largest and nicest towels I've ever seen in hotels as well as super nice sheets. The management company was very responsive and pleasant and helped me with getting extra sheets, extending my stay, etc. The property and amenities are amazing, including a lounge area, two swmming pools, exclusive entrance to the boardwalk and beach. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. It's fantastic. I'll definitely come back and bring family and friends!

Traveling with a 22 month toddler already present it’s challenges and after reading some of the earlier reviews we where a bit concerned about how the experience at Churchill would actually turn out. Our worries was a complete waste of time as the whole stay was a success beyond expectations. First of all I want to make it clear this is not a traditional hotel, you will not get room service or housekeeping in its traditional sense. However this is reflected in the price you pay per night. Even though we did miss being able to open a stocked minibar upon arrival Churchill offers other great service in form of help sending online food orders up to the room. They also made sure there was clean distilled water for our baby food etc. Fresh towels and other necessities was available upon arrival which was really helpful after an 11 hour flight. The hotel also have a great children’s pool on a separate floor from the adult one.
Our room was clean, well kept with an amazing balcony with a gorgeous view. Perfect for sipping wine and listening to the waves after our child gone to bed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Churchill for a great stay!

My room was very lovely and bright. It had a balcony overlooking the ocean; this made my trip perfect. I was able to see the sunrise facing the beach and sunset facing the bay from my balcony! The staff was phenomenal. Amenities in the room were: washer/dryer, full kitchen, iron/board, hairdryer, 2 TVs. The exterior walls were all glass which I loved (shades if needed). It is right on the beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs available first come first serve. Two pools. One pool is on the 5th floor and gives you a great view of the ocean. Hot tub outside on the 5th floor. For necessities, Walgreens and Publix grocery are within walking distance. The city offers free shuttle/trolly services along Miami Beach. Fairly inexpensive for Lyft or Uber to get around town. No restaurant on site.

I had booked the ocean view room Which I paid for almost $3000 for four night. But when I reached the property was given a partial Oceanview. The room itself was so dirty the dishes had food stuck to it coffee cups had coffee stains and there was some kind of gunk all over the blindsWhich was extremely disgusting. After speaking to management about it Instead of changing the room they asked me to wait while they clean the room it was 6 PM by the time we got into the room and I had two kids with me and we had to sit in the lobby from 2 PM to 6 PM as I had requested an early check-in. Once we got into the room the vents started leaking, water was dripping from the ceiling. after speaking to management about it I was told they will come and fix it but nobody came to fix the water we had to stay in the dripping water apartment. When I asked them to change my room they tried to charge me extra $1300 on top of the $3000 I had already paid.
This place is run by amateurs who haven absolutely no idea about customer service and all they Are worried about is making money, more money. Nobody is on the property they are either overseas somewhere or in a different state every time there is a problem you have to call them it takes them hours to get back to you to fix your problem.
This really ruined my trip with my kids. Don’t go by their pictures on their site those pictures are deceiving.

This place is awful. For the record, we did NOT stay here. We were booked to stay March 4-8, 2020 and I tried to cancel our reservation a month beforehand due to the coronavirus and me being 20 weeks pregnant at the time and traveling with a toddler. Not only did they refuse to refund me, the lady on the phone I was speaking to laughed at me and said that there’s no danger of the coronavirus being in Miami since it’s only happening in China.
Stay away from this place. They basically stole $1,265 from a pregnant woman and exhibited horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We stayed at the Churchill Suites Monte Carlo in Miami Beach several times, but there seems to be a new management team. We have never felt more unwelcome, unwanted, and confused while trying to make a reservation. We were asked the same questions by different customer relations employees over and over again. We received very different and contradicting information about key subjects, like payment, credit card information, and policies from different employees. Before our stay, we were charged additional fees on our credit card that nobody told us we would be charged with, and when asked about it, nobody answered. We have never been treated like this in any other hotel, apartment, or resort anywhere in the world. However, the apartments are truly beautiful and very well equipped, the views are breathtaking, and the two pools are great for swimmers and families traveling with children. The location is great too, right on the beach, close to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, stores, and supermarkets. The employees on site are distant but very nice. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas are offered on the beach, but only two chairs per apartment, which is very little. Compared to our other stays, the beach chairs are very basic. In the past, very pretty, comfortable, and more high-end lounge stairs and sofas were offered. To sum it all up, the apartments are very beautiful and the location is great, but communication is very chaotic. To make it worse, we traveled in low season and there were very few guests staying at the apartments at the time, so I really don't understand why the people at customer relations tried so hard to send us elsewhere. We would consider staying there again but would definitely research other options beforehand.

This place was a nightmare, first of all, it was stated on the booking sight FREE CANCELATION,dont book this through any sight, its not free cancelation, dirty underwear under the sheets, rotten food in the fridge, a big hole in the tub, no heat when we got there, furniture smelled like throw up, just disgusting, Churchil is a horrible company, we needed to get away after losing both brother and sister to cancer, and we were treated like dirt, no one spoke english either. they charged us twice also, do not go there, worst stay we have ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The room had ocean view, and was equipped with all the basic features you need to relax. The location was close to Publix, Walgreens and small restaurants, which made it is easy to stay fed and hydrated :-)
The guest service agent, Bushra, was always available and very accommodating, which added to the experience of being taken care of and allowed to relax.
The pool areas were warm, open, clean and quiet. The ocean is literally right there. South Beach was a 20 minute Uber away. Airport is 25 minutes away.

Stay away! Worst hotel in Miami Beach. They have the worst customer service a accommodation could have. They are rude, they charged us for non specified fees, the room they gave us was not what we paid for and it was a nightmare. Save yourself from the hustle, stay in a real hotel or in an apart-hotel that can hear your issues during your stay. Can’t find 1 good thing to say. The process after I booked was a pain, they called 10 times to ask questions, sent few questionnaires, it felt more like I was buying an apartment. Getting there our room was not what we saw in the pictures and it was not clean, sheets not clean and under the sofa it was full of dust. Just stay away.

I had a booking for long weekend, 3 days before the trip my daughter came covid positive. So called cancel or reschedule. They refused to give a penny back. I even sent a copy of positive result. The management said that I will have to come spend my weekend there, knowly we had corona. The hotel management Donot care putting other clints and employees putting at great risk. So I lost $1500 cause in didn’t go to vacation just to save $1500 and put others at risk

Full-size stainless steel appliances include a four burner stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. An electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided.. As far as bakeware goes, we do provide a baking sheet.
