I want to thank the team at Kayak Hotel but a special shout out to Santiago and Jennifer. When you first walk in, the energy is amazing from the whole staff. I had a slight setback with the room and when talking to Jennifer first about it, she listened, accessed and provided excellent service. Santiago stood out to me because of how professional he was and his will to accommodate. He went over and beyond and I truly appreciate him for helping out. I will most certainly come back. Thank you all!

I want to begin by saying my stay at Kayak Miami was most amazing. I literally didn't want to leave. The staff; Katie, Albert, and Santiago were so exceptional. I literally wish I could just tell you the entire staff you had that weekend was amazing. I had the most effortless stay I have ever experienced in traveling. You all have created an entire experience that allows for someone not to have to leave, but if I do, everyone is so well versed on what is happening around the area. I was able to walk everywhere. In the mornings to the beach and always came back to refreshing water and drinks. In the evenings to where ever I wanted. The best part is that when I was leaving, my flight continued to be delayed and I literally was able to text the team and come back to the hotel with no issues. I hope you all experience Kayak Miami and the amazing staff that makes this place what it is.

If you are looking for a bumping pool party in South Beach, this is...not your place. However, if your ideal getaway includes a quiet little oasis tucked away from the action with excellent service, brilliant cocktails, amazing food, and a bed so comfy you can’t wait to jump into it even if it’s only 10pm on a Friday night (I see you), this place is a gem. The new, boho-minimalist design is chic and contemporary without feeling too trendy or worse, sacrificing comfort. The owner graciously upgraded our room to a suite during our stay and as a lady who tends to travel with a fair amount of hair/makeup products and tools, I really appreciated that there was enough room in the suite bathroom to lay everything out. The roof deck was - perfect. Keep in mind this is a very small hotel, so the roof consists of only 8 chaises near the dipping pool and then a lot seating for evening cocktails in their outdoor event space. Being able to carry on a meaningful conversation or dig into a novel for 2 hours without competing with obnoxiously loud party music was incredible. The entire staff was nothing short of lovely and accommodating, genuinely attending to our comforts and even quickly taking care to text us when we left some clothing behind. I can’t promise that Kayak will maintain their chill, elegant vibes as they grow in the hotel space, but I can hope. Thanks for a great stay!

This beautiful, stylish, brand new hotel will get found out- it’s too good to stay a secret. Where the rest of South Beach might be reaching for louder, bigger, crazier parties, Kayak goes for confidently smart and well appointed chill. It’s an oasis, y’all. It’s one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere in since I traveled in 2019. These guys know what they’re doing. The middle eastern restaurant was absolutely on point. From the house made hummus to the wood fire grilled chicken shawarma to the insane grilled carrots, the kitchen is legit. Great lighting, well appointed furniture, cozy vibe, real candles (!) And the bar? Serious cocktails from brilliant bartenders. Chris and Juan, especially. There’s also the rooftop dipping pool and lounge situation. We were worried that the pool was going to be super small or something. It turns out that rooftop deck is amazing. Comfortable chaises, with dedicated umbrellas, along with super comfortable sofas and chairs. It’s like you’re rich hedge fund friend invited you over to have use of the roof. And the small dipping pool. Perfect. You can’t do laps, but you can float and drink their killer cocktails. What else do you want? But it’s the house staff that really knocked us out. The service is next level good; every single person we talked with took great care of us. I always pay attention to people when I travel and I want to shout some names. No one paid more attention to us than Carl. Laid back, ever ready to help with suggestions, he’s as good as a house manager gets. With Katy, the two of them helped us figure out where to take take the complimentary hotel bikes (decent rides but they need bells, dude). They also always had a smile for us, hooked us up with endless mint lemon water (a mad luxury in steamy Miami), and reached out personally when I left behind some clothes. Top shelf. Finally, a big shout to hotel manager Albert for looking after us himself. He checked in with me a couple of times to make sure my wife and I were happy and even helped us with an effortless room change (and upgrade). If you want to skip the thunderous beatz and sloppiness of nearly every other stay in South Beach in favor of tasteful, hedonistic relaxation, get to Kayak. Seriously, book this place ASAP. Word will get out. It’s for real.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Everything is so clean, stylish and trendy. On top of that, Carl and the rest of the team brought our experience to the next level by catering to every need and ensuring our stay was the best it could be. 10/10 would recommend!
