Rooms are great. Nice living rooms and kitchens. Nice beach. 2 nice pools. Fitness center is excellent. Many services available at the spa. A few items could be improved; Front desk staff could be trained to be a little better on introducing the resort and offering concierge advice. The information I received at check was not complete and partially inaccurate. I was told that beach food service was from 12-5. Food closes around 3:45. Room service stops at 9. Website says 10. Many spa services are available. At my check in the spa was already closed for the day. A message was supposed to be given to the spa to call me with availability of a specific treatment. I received no call from the spa. I walked to to the spa the next day and they then worked to contact a third party provider and called me back after waiting for a uresponse. It would be nice to be educated on other available services by spa staff. Better communication and guidance at check in and by the spa desk would help. …
The Carillon is a lovely hotel; but the spa is next level! In addition to traditional spa treatments they also have touchless wellness! My favorite was the the RAJA. They are open to locals and also have a membership program!
Beautifully appointed room over looking the aqua blue waters of the Atlantic coastline. From the arrival, valet parking service, check-in, and stay. The Vemi spa service is one that should not be missed if you want to ease the stresses. I felt the calmest I have in years and lasted for numerous days following. Staying at the Carillon also helped with the relaxtion.
We initially reserved for 2 weeks, then extended for 2 weeks more. The accommodations are large and comfortable. The staff are supportive and attentive. Andre at the front desk and his colleagues were outstanding. We felt very secure, with the hotel’s Covid-19 policies. The location on the beach is perfect. The pools, gym, restaurant, snack shop and all their staff were really exceptional, given the difficult times Miami is going through with the spread of the virus.
I had a great experience at a wellness convention at the Carillon. It was extremely well organized and they took all the precautions due to COVID. The view is absolutely magnificent and creates an incredible setting. The staff, especially Tammy went above and beyond to make this experience special and safe for all involved.
