The oceanfront balcony is not private and the pool is too small and had a difficult time obtaining beach chairs!! It was not a relaxing time at the hotel. If you are looking to have a nice hotel experience, this is not the hotel for you.
We had an amazing time with a very family /pet friendly oriented hotel . I can’t say enough how friendly the staff was !!! If you have kids this is the hotel for you!!!! There’s was live DJ , in the pool area !! Which it made the environment , very fun !! Also they have another pool for the kids, on 3rd floor pool!!! I must mention Sebastian from Valet was extremely accommodating!! I must mention Isadora /Ariana have excellent customer service !! Vaughn was beyond curious every time we would request our call!!!! This is really the hotel to go to to have amazing vacation with your family !!!I would give my experience at this facility 10 stars!!!
Valet Chris was very courteous and very well spoken regarding information about the local area. The valets were quick to both retrieve and park our vehicle. It was a pleasure to see them very early in the morning before leaving for business.
Great weekend get away at the Hilton Cabana! Sandra at the front desk took great care of us. Amazing hospitality throughout the hotel- front desk, coffee shop, bar and beach! We are looking forward to our next stay!
Lucky, Sandra and the entire staff were such a pleasure! Always happy to greet you and answer any questions. We enjoyed the hotel and all the amenities. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The cabana on the beach was so relaxing as well as walking right out of the hotel and taking a walk each morning on the beach. The hotel had two pools that we also enjoyed. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back.
My flights out of Hartford BDL got cancelled due to the storm on 3/14 and I called the Priceline CSR to make to talk to HILTON sure I get the right room next day and not get charged for the day I did not stay. Priceline talked 3-4 times and even faxed the situation. I had called Hilton myself but no one would answer. First they gave away my room when I arrived next day noon and gave me something that was a downgrade and had no proper Ocean front view; I got slight ocean view with the top of another building in front of me and a handicapped bathroom...without a tub....and showering made the whole bathroom flooded and slippery and almost slipped and fell twice. Also I got charged for 1 extra night that I did not stay. This manager at that time there from Fort Lauderdale named "Dean" was very condescending and did not even make eye contact to talk, and was very messing up with my room situation, because I had booked via Priceline and was made aware a few times. I am a long time Hilton Honors member This will go on social media and will put a very poor rating. 'DO NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON OR ANY HILTON IN MIAMI' The FD staff except for 1-2 were responsive. nobody answers the phone from the room FOR SERVICE. And there was always a line on 5-7 people every time you go to the FD. terrible experience. Many good people on the staff...I really thank those.... especially one of the ladies at the FD, Roseann with some lovely tattoos and glasses. I think was her name...A person like her should be a manager. Always tried to help with a smile. The rooms were not made regularly. and the bathroom was a dump!!! The property needs serious upgrade. …
Overall I was very happy with our stay. I traveled with a friend and we reserved an upgraded room with a balcony facing the ocean. It was great having outdoor space and the view was also really nice. We really enjoyed the beach access. Great spot, yummy food service and delicious cocktails. Pricey but worth it. The beach was excellent. I think for Miami this is a very solid middle of the road stay. I think with the beach and pool it’s good value for money. It’s definitely not the nicest hotel I’ve ever been at, but I’ve also seen worse. I’ve mentioned a lot of pros. The negatives were relatively minor. The rooms were comfortable but could have used a deep clean I felt; getting a little worn if you look too closely. Also I felt the resort fee and the price of some food and beverages was high. Iced coffee from the cafe for instance was $11.50. It was good, but I think that’s ridiculous. Renting an umbrella on the beach is an extra charge. Little things like that kind of sneak up on you. Finally, zero privacy on the balcony. Your are 6 inches from your neighbor so if you’re both outside at the same time it’s a bit odd. Overall, I was happy and would choose this hotel again. The hotel was very quiet at night which i appreciated, and you’re a little away from the crazy of south beach, but also just a short Uber ride to get to the restaurants bars etc. …
I read mixed reviews on this property before going and now I understand why the reviews are mixed. The location is good. When we arrived we were told there was no room for our car in valet and we would have to park our car two blocks away. This was after waiting on the street for 5 min blocking a lane of traffic as the valet is a single lane and very slow sometimes. There was one person working the front desk at peak check-in time (4:30pm) and we waited quite a while for check-in but at least by then the valet figured out how to get our car in the garage. Our rooms were both oceanfront premium and the views were great. There was debris under the sink and the carpet needed sweeping though. We enjoyed the beach and got seating but the people that came after us had to wait for seats to become available. On checkout we had an extremely long wait as one party was trying to check in early and their room wasn't ready but they would not move aside. After 20 minutes a second person came out to man the desk and I asked i I could do an express checkout leaving my room keys and TOWEL cards. She asked for my room numbers and said that was fine but they charged me $100 for 4 towel cards and now I am trying to get the hotel to remove that charge as I did leave them with the front desk worker. Also we did request housekeeping the day before we wanted it and they never came even after verifying we were on the list at 4:30pm the day of the expected service. I was told housekeeping works until 6pm and to be patient. They need to hire some help.…
I had a great experience during this stay. From the room, to the drinks, the beach view and the staff! I want to emphasize the great customer service from Lucky, he was amazing, very helpful and nice! He walked us through everything we needed at check out and gave us amazing tips for future bookings. I will be coming back!
The 3 days we are here there was no cleaning of the room,no clean towels and everything involving,carpets are super dirty…the valet parking made us wait 30 min to bring our car,they forgot about us until we went to talk to them,we have two small kids and it was horrible to wait for such a long time out in the heat…I don’t really write reviews but this stay is disappointing….
