Nice little boutique Art Deco hotel in the heart of South Beach. Close to all the action but quiet. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile for us. Complimentary breakfast was meager but sufficient.
Hotel is in a super location, away from the frenzy bars/streets. We loved nearby restaurants such as Santorini, Red, Prime Italian!
Rooms are huge.

Very nice and big rooms, including kitchen corner and an extra couch in the room. Great location close to the beach and very friendly and helpfull staff. And all this for a fair price. Certainly a place I can recommend for your stay in Miami!
we have stayed for 4 nights in September before Irma, and we left in early check out because of evacuation. the hotel did not charge us extra nights.

When you first check in you are asked to pay a deposit of $100; if you don't damage anything or burn down your room you will get your money back on your credit or debit card. Our room was on the first level with no terrace. Rooms with terrace are on the second level and I'm not too sure if you had to pay a little more or not because I didn't have that type of room. Although, my room was on the first level I didn't have any troubles with hearing the people in the room next door, or in the hallway. The rooms are gorgeous, if you leave and do not wash the dishes the house keeper will wash them for you. Remember, you can walk to everything from this hotel it's in the shopping district just on the quite end. And, no matter where you stay eat at the Pink restaurant across the street the food is the cheapest in Miami Beach and worth your money.
