Wow, just wow. I was upgraded to a huge suite upon arrival after a long flight; the staff here really took care of me. I felt like a princess or a pop star. My stay was actually the end of November. The grounds were magnificent and the beach was amazing. The food was also pretty good. I had a fridge and therefore I bought some food and ate it there. I would not hesitate to go back there again in the future should I come back to Miami for another cruise.

Perfectly located on the quieter side of South Beach, close to Nikki beach. The Hotel and Santorini restaurant create the perfect place to feel at home and enjoy the pool or the beach. The staff is amazing, from the GM Debbie who makes you feel like an individual in a boutique hotel, to the reception manager Michael, who works with you to find the perfect room for your needs, to the restaurant, pool and beach team. I used this location for both family time, and business team meetings. This is a place that the entire Hilton brand should try to emulate! Enjoy it.

We hosted a meeting for our work in the Palm Room at Hilton/Bentley and it was an incredible success! We worked mainly with Lea and Luiza to organize the meeting room, food, and hotel rooms for our party of 16 and everything went so smoothly, and the food was incredible! No stale coffee or pastries in sight. We also received so many compliments for the lunch items provided by the hotel. Lea and Luiza were available during the entire meeting and ensured things went as smoothly as possible. Also, Frank's service was exceptional! He helped us rotate food and kept the room presentable at all times. Additionally, Michael and Jonathon really helped us out when there was a slight confusion for hotel rooms for some of our team. I know I reviewed this hotel a few months ago, but I just wanted to let you know that this hotel keeps going above and beyond my expectations. Service is outstanding (thanks Henry for your continuous support! You are the man!). The facilities are very good and the location is, of course, unbeatable. Just when you thought you had a great experience, Santorini by Giorgios (the Greek restaurant located inside) surprises you with a great live music and dance show during the weekends. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in Miami and SoBe (and I know quite a few). Hands down, the best! Keep up the excellent work!

Stayed overnight. The inability of the front desk to acknowledge guests, understand requests, or be observant to surroundings made our stay less than desirable. We arrived at 9:30 am and asked if there were any rooms available. We would happily pay for an upgrade if needed. Jeysa told us no rooms were available and no upgrades available either but she would prioritize our room to be cleaned and notify us as soon as it was ready. Gave us a key to access the showers and changing rooms on 4, and told us we could head to the beach or the pool. The man checking in right behind us, was told his room was immediately ready and he went directly to his room. The hotel was not sold out as I checked the available rooms and all but 3 room types were available. We hung out at beach until 12:45 and I came in to check on status of the room. We were assured that our room was being cleaned and would be ready shortly. We went to the pool and hung out until 2:30. I came in again as my kids were burnt and fussy needing a nap. We were told our room was still not ready, but there was a room identical to ours on floor 7 instead of 9 that was ready and available. WHAT?!? We wanted the first room type of any that were ready and available. This one had been ready for hours. We finally got to our room around 3 pm. The man checking in beside me received sunscreen and two bottles of water. Jeysa sent a family with 2 toddlers to the beach without offering a small bottle of sunscreen? I even mentioned that ours was packed in the luggage they were holding and hoping our kids wouldn’t burn. Furthermore when we came down to breakfast the next morning, Jeysa didn’t even acknowledge us. Then after we checked out at 10:45, she sent a message to my Hilton app at 11:30 asking how our stay was going. This wasn’t the first time she didn’t know who she was interacting with. I had texted her several times from the beach the day before asking if our room was ready and she acted like she had no clue who we were and told us when we arrived she would hold our luggage and we could enjoy the beach. I told her we were already on the beach. If there was a competent front desk, or better trained, the stay would have been phenomenal. This was the worst interaction with a hotel front desk I may have ever had. We requested any type of paid upgrade to any level room and she didn’t jump at the ability to upgrade us at all. I would have paid $500 more just for a simple upgrade. Past the front desk, the accommodations were great. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The restaurant and staff by the pool are phenomenal. Perfect family hotel. 4 nights with two teenagers in very hot august. I spent hundreds of hours deliberating where to stay with the family in Miami, must have looked at 50+ options! Chose this hotel for location, rooms and good balance of price and quality. Location - very close to south Beach strip, which was fun but noisy, however the area around the Hilton was very peaceful with no noise. Plenty of good local bars/restaurants in area. (Ted’s Hideaway for example was a top spot to have a few beers and watch Premier League). Service was top drawer. We wanted a bigger room on arrival, (our fault, the room we booked would have been fine but a bit small) and Michael was so helpful in arranging this for us. We also wanted a rollaway and sofa bed made up, this was executed seamlessly. I’d recommend a balcony/ terrace. We ended up with a King Suite city view but had a view of the sea too. Air conditioning in rooms and throughout hotel was excellent. The facilities were also excellent. We used the pool, the gym, and the restaurant many times. Santorini is great, huge choice of quality food in a relaxed setting. Again, excellent friendly service. The beach is on the doorstep and again the service was immaculate. Great hotel with friendly staff. Beach staff were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious but I was disappointed with the view - or lack of! Would stay here again but next time request a room facing east in the east wing. Valet charge is pricey but to be expected in South Beach.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Consistently excellent service. Some would say the rooms are a little dated, but they still hold up well as far as quality, classic Miami style. The workout room is small, but packed with all the equipment you need. The beach crew continues to do a great job. The Greek restaurant has a great happy hour. We like the $15 breakfast, just perfect way to start the day. The secret to this hotel, I think, is great management.

This was my first time staying at the Hilton Bentley. I've been a diamond member of Hilton for many yrs and I have very high standards. The staff here are so kind and helpful. In particular Micheal in management and Henry. We got spoiled rotten. It was my daughters bday early celebration. They upgraded my room to a one bedroom suite complete with a lovely kitchen and a view of the beach. They took it upon themselves to decorate our room and give me a nice drink balloons and cake for my little girl. This place is the best location on the beach which is a 3 min walk from our room so close. Beach staff is so kind and welcoming shout out to Miss Carmine. The suite was all beautiful marble. I can't wait to stay here again even though I was not a regular they treated us like family. The Greek restaurant is not to be missed…

The team at the front desk of the Hilton Bentley did a great job at making our stay enjoyable. Michael went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and was extremely professional as well as friendly. He made sure we had extra pillows in our room as requested, as well as treated us like we were VIP's. Abreanna was also so sweet every day, ready with bottles of water for us at the front desk! Maria and the rest of the team at the front desk were very professional and because I travel every week, being treated kindly, professionally, and with a warm welcome- matters. We had a great room with a wonderful view, and large balcony. The A/C was AMAZING- and kept the room very cool, despite the unbearable Miami heat going on outside! The team made sure to bring us extra towels as needed- which was nice seeing we opted out of housekeeping. The restaurant downstairs, Santorini's, is excellent for dinner and the food is delicious and fresh. Portions are great for sharing. We lucked out and ate dinner there the first night while there was live music that made us feel like we were in Greece. Although the pool is small, we enjoyed instead the jacuzzi and smaller plunge pool upstairs. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was also an awesome feature of staying at this hotel, and the team on the beach was very friendly, despite the amount of people there for the holiday and the HEAT!!! ;) The only suggestions I would make to the hotel would be to have more servers to take care of guests on the beach- it seemed as though there were only 2 servers trying to get people drinks and food and they were working their tails off. I had asked if we could order drinks and the young man never came back but I know it's because he was doing his best to make sure to run orders back and forth from the beach to the restaurant. We could see he was hustling and doing his best going back and forth, and it meant that you wouldn't get an order for about 30 minutes to an hour. It looked as though they were also trying to take care of the guests at the restaurant as well- it was a lot. We ended up leaving the beach and going to the bar directly and that was ok- just be prepared that even ordering at the bar directly they will always tag on an 18% gratuity fee, regardless. We noticed this is the trend in this touristy area of Miami and my guess is because they have had people that don't tip- and so they set guidelines for guests, based on bad behavior of others- which is sad, but also sad to think people don't tip! The other recommendation would be to provide pillows that are more supportive- the pillows in the hotel are so soft / feather pillows/ they end up flat- and that was a challenge to sleep comfortably- even though we requested an additional two! Overall it was a great trip and we would stay in this hotel again. Thank you to Michael and the team for making us feel like family and treating us well! …
