The worst experience ever If you are planning to visit Miami avoid this place. The owner and stuff are rude and redneck. You better choose some kind of hotel chain with global name and knowing the meaning of hospitality. The only thing the owner care about is the prior payment.
My boyfriend and I booked this boutique hotel in north beach for a quick getaway to Miami and ha a great time! The room was clean and well equipped, with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishware and utensils. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, the common garden in the back was adorable. The manager, Mr. Mamoudi was communicative, welcoming and accommodating. I also loved that everything was keyless. It made everything so much easier. The hotel is only 3 blocks from the beach and about a 20 minute cab ride from south beach, so conveniently located if you don't want to be in the thick of the hustle and bustle of South beach but still have it accessible. Overall we had a great time!
Very good hotel, location near from beach, restaurants, supermarket. Good accessibility without too much traffic as it is located half a block down the street of one of the bridges that cross to Miami Beach. The parking is in the street but we always found one. In front of Curative (free pcr with previous appointment if you need). The room was clean. There is not clean service every day but if you ask for it, they will. The room has a small kitchen with everything necessary.
We had a nice stay at m Boutique hotel it is very clean staff is very friendly close to the beach , restaurants, puplix, Starbucks and a trolley to south beach . The only complaint we have is the rooms were a bit muggy
Loved every thing the place was beautiful and the host was as sweet as could be I would definitely visit again if you are looking to stay in Miami I would definitely recommend staying here it’s worth it
This property was within walking distance from the beach, a wide variety of restaurants, groceries and beverages, and shopping. The staff was helpful and very friendly, and the system for entry was both simple and secure.
We received a text message with a link to complete check in on line 2 days prior to our reservation. We completed form and included a message asking if the hotel could hold our bags from 11pm to check in at 3pm Sunday. Form reply was that we would receive a text message with check in instructions on the day of arrival. Sent 2 text messages to 1st contact number listed on website asking about holding luggage. Also left voice mail at 1st contact number and 2nd contact number, as well as sending a CHAT message on website. Received NO REPLIES. Also did not receive any text regarding check in instructions. So, at 3pm on check in day we stood at a locked gate wondering if anyone would be there to let us in. Again, left message at 1st contact number telling them we were at the gate waiting. At 3:08 a young woman came to the gate looking confused as to why we were there. We told her we hadn't had any communication with management and she told us with no apologies that "they" didn't work on the weekends. We still have not received ANY response from management. On Monday front desk was to be open at 10am, but when we left that morning at 10:05am no one was there. Room was comfortable, but fitted bed sheet continually popped off at the corners making sleep uncomfortable and no top sheet was provided, just a heavy comforter which for Miami was too hot. Instructions in room said to text if you needed towels, etc. I did text asking for a top sheet, but again received no reply. The next day when we we returned in the afternoon a man WAS at the front desk so we we asked for a top sheet and the man was a bit befuddled saying they didn't use top sheets, but he did relent giving us a top sheet to install ourselves. Overall, hotel was clean and location was in close proximity to beach, restaurants, and free Miami Beach trolley, but no communication from management makes this a hotel we will not choose again.…
The hotel is beautiful, I got a room with a kitchen. It is close to the beach and Ocean Driveway. There are many restaurants in the surroundings as well as the Publix to buy food. Also free parking place.
I visited Miami north beach with my wife M boutique hotel management were very good to us, Room was very clean, All amenities were provided as they promised. We really like their access method, so we don't have to use any key. We would like thank to them for their great hospitality.
I’m traveling solo for art week in Miami. There is never anyone on reception and how to get in is via codes. The gate has always been left open so I feel unsafe. My room #205 is extremely damp and has an awful smell that no one should have to endure. Also sound travels. I hear people speak from the other building next door it’s insane. And my room looks out directly onto another apartment building directly to their front doors. The worst is the smell and the dampness. I messaged management given they’re never there when I’m at the hotel - they said I can’t change rooms and just to put the AC on. The AC has been on and it obviously doesn’t help. Management have refused me a refund despite all this. I’ve also gotten a sore throat from the dampness in the room. I’ve stayed in many hotels this is the absolute worst! Do not stay here. Ever.…
