Stayed here in May and owner was racist. Simple. I have read on multiple occasions that the owner had these feelings yet I thought it would not be the case. She isn’t a racist scumbag, staff are horrid also.

Terrible person and I don’t understand how she’s still in business. She’s terribly racist. Harassed customers by calling them racial slurs, sending emails and voice notes and assumed they were prostitutes.

Stayed here and seen the owner be blatantly racist to other guests, service was sup bar and even had dirty sheets that had to be changed when we checked in. There’s also a funny smell and the air conditioner was unbearably loud the whole time. Owner made us feel uncomfortable so we checked out early and moved to another hotel. The reason I am returning to write this review now is on Twitter @eshatianna has also been a target of the severe racism of the owner, who has threatened to shoot guests. Avoid at all costs.

Owner is extremely racist and calls guests the n-word and “monkey” repeatedly. Beds are disgusting and in general the place is a mess. Don’t stay here unless you want to waste your money on a bigot. Horrible!

First off I’ll list the things wrong with the area and not the fault of the hotel . If you like the sound of powerful car engines roaring and revving at all hours this is the place for you . If you like hearing drunken people shouting and yelling at all hours again you’ll love it . Now the the hotel , the positive points are the staff are very nice and friendly and it’s clean . The downsides are the rooms are very basic , no fridge to put a refreshing drink in . No tea or coffee making facilities and the walls are very thin so you can hear next door very easily and the air con is very loud . The room we had was a bit tatty but clean . I do think that they shouldn’t advertise as providing breakfast as a banana and two rounds of bread on a polystyrene plate is not a continental breakfast in anyone’s book . They did have cereal on offer again in a polystyrene bowl . We ended up going out for breakfast every morning at a further expense as that was not an acceptable offering . I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I’m afraid and we will never return to it on our regular visits to the wonderful city of Miami .
