A great little place tucked away. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews. I was very worried after I had read them and looked to cancel but so pleased I didn’t. This is like an air bnb, there is no reception you check in online get a code for the front door and your room and off you go. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. Lots of toiletries even make up wipes! There is a massive tv, fridge, clean towels and very comfy enormous bed. Yes there is a flight of stairs as you enter which you have to carry your cases up but it’s really no big deal. There is even a microwave in the little communal area. You are two minutes walk from the beach, and there is a Walgreens on the next block which is 24 hour. The location is great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Waited outside in the rain to get the code for the front door. Elevator was broken The room was dirty. The floor was greasy The nightstand had pubes on it and was sticky The towels were stained and ripped There was very loud music coming and subwoofer bass coming from below. The curtains don’t block out any of the light from the bright signs outside. The shower door didn’t open all the way or close all the way so water would always end up all over the floor. The room is obviously not sanitized and staff was not wearing masks We didn’t sleep at all during our stay. Which was the whole point of booking a room

Was excited to find a cute hotel, with great photos & reviews, that was so close to the beach. We were in for a shock. The only parking available was three blocks away. We had to walk, with our luggage, through sketchy hell. Then we got to the address, only to find a Tshirt shop. After making a few phone calls, we finally found the very small, dark entrance. We drug our luggage up the stairs, trying to be hopeful, only to find a dark hallway. (The lights were burnt out I assume) We opened the door and almost fell down. Whatever they clean the floors with is the most sticky substance. Even after we left the next day, I was slipping all over the airport floor. The room looked rough!! (See pics) Everything was very worn and dirty. The area outside the hotel was sketchy. I would feel safer walking down Bourbon in New Orleans, in the middle of the night, by myself. Even the beach in this area was filthy and littered in trash. A homeless man was washing his junk in the beach shower. (Not the hotels fault but still helpful with the stay) Coral Gables area would be a much better bet

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL beyond what is pictured on the website. Upon arrival - no cable tv as it was advertised on the website. No ironing board, dirty towels with a previous guests hair in the towel, the water pressure in the shower is piss poor…I can go on. I attempted SEVERAL times upon check-in to get answers as we were extremely frustrated only to call the next day and FINALLY reach someone…upon telling them of my disdain with the property, the customer service rep (because there’s NO STAFF at the hotel to speak with)…tells me that we don’t offer cable television in the room anymore…she deliberately told me that “we have removed this from the website and don’t even have it listed”….I immediately proceeded to their website on the phone with her and it in BOLD LETTERS states: “Our fully-equipped rooms feature all the amenities you’d expect from an on-site hotel, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and you’ll get a great view of Ocean Drive from just about every room.” The room has a view of an abandoned building across the street and the pictures are VERY misleading. Would not recommend staying here even as a LAST RESORT optio. and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB of Southeast Florida and the local attorney general to prevent scam artist companies such as this to rip off hotel guests that have traveled hundreds of miles to enjoy their “accommodated stay”. Trust the previous two reviews within the last 24 hours - this place is horrific and we are LIVID

My friend stayed at this hotel a few years back and made this referral. Everything went smoothly up until we actually arrived. Prior to arrival, communication with the hotel was a breeze. They provided an entry code to access the building (which we ended up not using because the door was broken) as well as a code to get into our actual rooms using the key pad. That day, we experienced delays because of severe weather in Miami, so we didn't arrive until around mid night. When we exited our Lyft, there were people hanging around the door sleeping, being loud, rowdy and smoking. There was also a large crack on the door as if someone kicked it or threw something at it. I instantly felt unsafe because the door was wide open for anyone to get in. The key pad to the front entrance did not work. Once we get inside, there is no elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags up a large flight of stairs. The lobby was EXTREMELY filthy, and it had a horrible stench. We followed the directions to try to access our room by putting in the code provided earlier. Not only did they give us an incorrect code, but they also gave us the wrong room number! Remember, this is after midnight that we are trying to access our room. There is no staff on site, so we had a difficult time trying to contact someone to help us via phone and text. We ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour waiting for someone to return our call so that we could get into our room. By this time, we had already started looking for other hotel options because we were frustrated and exhausted. Ultimately, we ended up cancelling the reservation and going elsewhere. I can't imagine what the actual room was like and I don't care to ever find out. We will never return and I recommend that you stay far away from this place and stay further north of Collins if you are thinking about staying in the area.

First got to the hotel and although it’s advertised that there is parking, there is not. You have to find your own, which was fine. Our code didn’t work when we got there for the front door. We finally got to the room and the floor was sticky. We went out and came back early because all the people hanging around on the street corners. You definitely need to stay further north of this location. When we got back, the TV and the fridge did not work. There were no washcloths in the bathroom, and you had to squeeze into the shower, between the toilet, because the glass door hit the towel rack. We contacted the number and we got generic answers with no remedy. I would not stay or suggest this place to anyone.

Actually, this is nice hotel. The room are larger than I expected. I did want the face to face assistance that I got from other hotels which I feel more excited to get in this hotel without other social amenities. The hotel provide simple and easy check in which I am happy to use since I very techy person. I like it and I enjoy stayin.

I found this in Booking.com and the rates are good. We commonly reserved for luxury hotel but I find this more affordable. The hotel is near the beach and bars. We don't waste too much time travelling and getting the nearest cafe to get breakfast. This is perfect spot for couples who just want take a break and see the beach.

Was not very good about answering the phone. It looks like a hole in the wall motel. There appears to be nobody on site, at least after hours. Once I finally found it, there was no parking, when I called and they answered after the 3-4th time, they texted me parking garages to park at as they have no parking. The closest one they texted me was almost one mile away. I found one myself about two blocks away. Thankfully we could carry everything in one trip. The front door has a huge spider crack in it that appeared to be taped from the inside so it wouldn’t crack all the way. The only elevator wasn’t working and the stairs are steep and filthy. When we got to our room, the door was already open. Our room, it looked really nice comparatively speaking from the initial appearances of the outside. The rug had little white things all over it as well as hair. There were these white little things all over the room. The toilet was dirty on the underside of the lid, the part that your back would rest on if you leaned all the way back. The sink was filthy. When I called the hotel, they wouldn’t talk to me over the phone, but they would text me. I texted them pictures of the dirtiness. They told me the dirt was minimal and that their housekeeper would be by in the morning. I told them we were leaving in the morning and requested a different room. They said they were booked up and could not accommodate me. I again requested a housekeeper, but they again said they would be by in the morning. They also said the housekeeper told them they “thoroughly cleaned and sanitized” the room. I called them out on the housekeeper saying they cleaned the room. They never answered me back. There was also standing water on the floor as soon as I walked in. It was a small spot, about 12-15” x 4-5”. I inspected my bed after seeing the other mess in the room and the bed appeared in good condition. (New sheets, new pillow cases, etc). I laid down for a minute and when I got back up, I noticed some hair and dirt towards the end of the bed that wasn’t there before. It’s what my socks picked up on the floor. (It was a long day and I wanted to rest for a sec while I was trying to call Hotels.com since Ithaca management did not want to help. That’s why I had my shoes off.) I was told I could call Expedia (I used Hotels.com) and request a refund or cancellation, but that their housekeeper was not coming back tonight. I also just noticed the nightstand is filthy. There is sticky yuckiness on it. There also sounds like a nonstop partying going on just outside on the street. The music is super loud. And to top it all off, the TV did not work. I called Hotels.com and explained the problem to them. They then tried to call Ithaca Hotels and they would answer the phone for them either. Hotels.com told me they escalated the problem, but there wasn’t anything they could do tonight. They asked me to call back in the morning so they could try and speak with Ithaca Hotels. The next morning I ran into another person staying at the hotel and asked them what they thought. They said nearly the same identical thing I did as far cleanliness and Ithaca only talking to them through text and telling them to contact their travel agent to request a refund. I used Hotels.com the previous three nights on hotels and all of them were just fine.

The pictures shown from the hotel are a joke and the reviews that rave about this place are from years ago. This place is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It’s truly terrible. It looks like a hole in the wall motel when you arrive. There appears to be nobody on site, at least after hours. Once I finally found the hotel, there was no parking. I called and they answered after the 3-4 time, they texted me parking garages to park at as they have NO parking. The closest one they texted me was almost one mile away. The only elevator wasn’t working and the stairs are steep and filthy. When we got to our room, the door was already open. (That’s not creepy, at all.) Our room looked really nice upon first entry, especially compared to the exterior. The niceness changed quickly upon further entry/inspection. The rug had little white things all over it as well as hair... human hair, for sure. The white specs were all over everything in the room. The toilet was disgusting and the sink was filthy. When I called the hotel, they wouldn’t talk to me over the phone, but they would text me. I texted them pictures of the room and the filth. They told me the dirt was minimal and that their housekeeper would be by in the morning. I told them we were leaving in the morning and requested a different room. They said they were booked up and could not accommodate me. I again requested a housekeeper, but they again said she would be by in the morning. They also said the housekeeper told them she “thoroughly cleaned and sanitized” the room. She most certainly did not clean our room. The nightstand is also filthy and covered in a sticky substance. I inspected my bed after seeing the other mess in the room and the bed appeared in good condition. (New sheets, new pillow cases, etc). I laid down for a minute and when I got back up, I noticed a ton of hair and dirt towards the end of the bed that wasn’t there before.
