I booked one night at this hotel through the hotels.com platform. Conditions were payment at the hotel at the time of stay, free cancellation before 18 March 2020. First of all, the hotel charged me immediately the price of the night. Then, I had to cancel my trip due to covid-19, so I cancelled the reservation on 10 March, well before the deadline for free cancellation. The hotel however has never refunded me and have never answered any of my emails and phone calls. They have even ignored the communications of hotels.com. Apart from the legal actions I am taking to get back my money, I will never book at that hotel again.

Do yourself a favor and do not book this money hungry hotel! Their communiation suck you never speak with anyone you just have to communicate through texts. How professional is that? They literally offer you nothing beside a bed and shower. You can do so much than this hotel. The staff is rude, and very dismissive. I wouldn't let my dog stay here for free

I was disappointed when I visited this hotel. And now I'll tell you why. 1. When I booked this hotel, the Booking stated that the hotel provides breakfast. The next morning when we woke up and expected to see our breakfast, the manager told us that they did not provide breakfast. After sending them a screenshot of our reservation from the booking.com, he replied that he would solve this problem and contact me soon, two days passed and they did not even mention it. When I tried to contact them, they did not respond to the SMS or our calls (although the hotel at the reception states that they respond 24/7!) 2. Cable TV didn't work, when I asked how to turn it on, I got a response (text) ONLY the next day. 3. The owner or manager of the hotel wanted to change all the locks in the hotel rooms, even when we were in the room with the family, the foremen said that they should change it now because they were told to do so and they did not care that the family room I did not expect to see them there ... 4. The hotel is located on the second floor of the building and on the ground floor - pizzeria. The fire alarm turned on at night and since there was no staff at the hotel, it sounded for about 15 minutes until firefighters arrived. When we trying to contact the management by phone (the same phone which is 24/7) no one answered, it is not surprising! Firefighters turned off the Serena and said that it happens often because the pizzeria is on the ground floor and there is always something like this because of the temperature. Be ready for this! 5. The area where the hotel located - seem pretty dangerous and not safe at all This is our subjective opinion! The hotel still has not returned our money for the last night that we did not stay there because the owners do not care about guests...

So the good... clean, cute, Friendly staff.Great beach chairs and umbrellas. The bad.. DO NOT RENT ROOM 107! It’s over a pizza shop that’s open till 5 AM and next to a liquor store. Non stop yelling, loud laughing, street traffic, At 6 AM the trash trucks show up and start banging the dumpster and than the back up beep beep alarm... Didn’t sleep for a week, and there was a non stop 24/7 bass subwoofer sound in the room, for a week straight.. And on Wednesday night, 3am fire alarm, FD shows up, tells me it smoke from the pizza shop.. 3:45 am, Second fire alarm... FD doesn’t show up for this one.. Luckily someone hit the silence button for the alarm. The tv was Direct TV which sucked. Input was always changing by itself, I had to unplug and reboot every time I put the tv on. Room was cute, tight, shower handle was loose, shower floor drain had one screw and would open up.Glass door would not close completely so water was always going on the floor. Room A/C would not maintain a set point. It was either to hot or to cold. Now.. This was Spring Break week so take that into consideration. I would imagine it’s not as hectic on other weeks but our week there sucked.
