Hotel's Favorite
We must have looked at 30 or more hotels for our trip to South Beach and finally settled on The Sagamore. To be honest, we picked it because it had less bad reviews than their competitors. This hotel has much more going for it than that! The folks at the front desk regardless of who’s there are always polite, helpful and ready to help where they can. Our room, the ocean side King suite was big enough for a family of four with an 18 and 20 year old. We loved the balcony. At the pool, Jessica will keep you happy and well hydrated. She is ALWAYS running with a smile here and there. She serves guests both at the pool and even on the beach. While on the beach, check out Andre. He mans a kiosk for chairs and towels. He too is ALWAYS smiling, helpful and will do what he can to make your Beach experience wonderful. We saw him take pictures and videos for guests. He’s also great just to talk with and will answer any questions about South Beach. All in all we can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend this hotel.…

My daughter and I escaped for a few days to the sagamore for a mother-daughter trip. The hotel was clean, our room had a pretty ocean view, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the beach and pool were wonderful, the pool/beach staff were very helpful and genuine. We had a lovely stay.

I visited with my family in March 2023. We had a wonderful visit. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nice. We even arrived to a complimentary room upgrade with a bottle of wine to help me and my wife celebrate our anniversary. Great location, service and overall great hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at The Sagamore. Every single person on the staff, from front desk to pool bar to housekeeping, was helpful, friendly and efficient. Food at the pool bar was very good, drinks were pricey but that's everywhere in South Beach. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had a garden view room overlooking the pool which was really nice. It was not noisy (there were no special events, like DJ pool parties, the week we were there, tho). There were always people cleaning the public areas. The location was great - some great bakeries across the street and just one block from Lincoln Road. We will definitely be staying here again!

All-suites, fantastic views of the garden, the pool, and the ocean. The staff is friendly, helpful, available. We loved the on-site art gallery as well. The hotel does show its age with broken floor tiles and old paint. However, we would stay here again.

Beach staff and management were terrible. Beach manager avoided even talking to me to resolve our issue. Annual stay in Miami Beach. Worst hotel experience. Poorly managed. Staff isn’t empowered to make any positive decisions.
