Having stayed at the Sagamore twice previously, we found this latest trip to be a disappointment. The ocean bungalow room was tired and in disrepair - scuffed walls, chipped cupboards, handles falling off many of the faucets. Also, despite paying a daily resort fee, we were only given 2 beach chairs per day. We had 4 people in our room,...

My wife and I very much enjoy Miami Beach. We have twice previously stayed at the Sagamore and enjoyed our experience enough to book a third time. The location is fantastic and the common areas lovely with great art. However the state of the guest rooms is positively pitiful and in need of a complete makeover. My wife, two sons...

We picked the Sagamore because of the pictures on their website. The rooms looked modern and chic which is what we like. The communal areas of this hotel are just that but the rooms are not as good. The rooms are ok and that is the best I can say the room was clean but the decor and furnishings were...

Rude is an understatement. My girlfriend and I had a delayed flight and delayed arrival and not only did the front desk give our reservation away he said the only way to get another room would be to pay double the original price. He was condescending and almost got pleasure out of the exchange. He lost money for his hotel...

Jcneelyjr, Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback from your recent experience here with us. Asst GM James D'Agostino and the staff at the Sagamore were outstanding! Our group of 9 (my wife and I, our daughter, and 6 of her friends) truly felt at home at the Sagamore. Every effort was made by the entire staff, including Zoran and the others working to make guests comfortable at poolside and at the beach, to be...

We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were tired, but big and comfortable. Great restaurant. Staff always knew your first names and were most obliging. Pool small and overcrowded. Artwork was fantastic .valet was $42 per day. Very expensive.

Even though the Sagamore hotel is a well situated great looking hotel. They lack coordination between management and service personnel. We had a couple of incidents in which our room was never cleaned and beds done. Toiletries were not re-stocked. And once we called the front desk to inquire , it took forever for them to send someone to do...

The lobby looks like they have just opened and the furniture hasn't arrived yet, an empty barn with a few pop art installations, in what could be a welcoming bar. We arrived on a Sunday and there was a shortage of staff to help and out the rooms were not ready until after 4pm. There was very loud music coming...

Don't expect all the bells and whistles of the surrounding 5 star hotels, but the Sagamore is decently priced for its location and its rooms. The pool area is lovely and the beach service is great. Some rooms have been renovated, some have not. After not being pleased with our first room (definitely the Spring Breaker room on the street),...
