Our party of six stayed in two adjoining rooms at The Palms. We read the reviews and saw the favorable description of the hotel in a travel guide so thought it would be great. We were looking forward to a great relaxing time in Miami Beach but were very disappointed by The Palms. We arrived at noon and check-in wasn't...

We stayed at the Palms for a wedding. The hotel is very nice, except the 2 queen size beds we thought we were getting turned out to be two double beds. A little cramped. Hotel staff was very good. outdoor wedding was beautiful, and well done, parrots were even taken in to keep noise down for ceremony.

One of the cleanest and attractive hotels in the South Beach area. The Spa attached gives it a fresh and clean feel. The private pool area is spectacular and quiet. The Beach area with it's daily beach services for towels, chairs and umbrellas is wonderful and hassle free. The lobby was open and inviting. The rooms very well decorated, the...

For once, a hotel that lives up to its pictures. A lovely, quiet location, with pretty gardens, warm pool, right on the beach, a little away from the buzz of South Beach. Easy to walk to South Beach along the boardwalk or the beach itself, about 8 blocks, or to take a quick cheap taxi - or the bus. There...

Although the hotel is a 15 minute walk from to the main attractions, it was a nice hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is very expensive to eat and drink but we found that any place within Collins Street is expensive. You have to go to little Havana to find a delicious meal without the...

Seemingly well run hotel; clean, friendly staff, pool a pinch cramped (as are many) but well orchestrated (service, food, pool itself etc.). Room itself (larger of single, king sized appointed) a bit small but that's subjective, probably meaningless to y'all. Breakfast pretty sharp and not ridiculously priced as some are. A boring review, sorry. Oh wait, here's something... maybe think...

Recently stayed at the Palms as an overnight stop before flying on to our final destination, and was very happy with our decision to stay here. It was only about 15 minutes from the airport in a cab ($31), and it was on the beach, so the location served well as a kickoff to our vacation. The hotel itself was...

We arrived to one elevator for our floor that stopped on every floor because the cleaning staff didn't have their own elevators. The elevator was an issue the entire trip. The room we got was not worth the money you pay for it. You share a balcony with two other rooms. The remodeling hotels on both sides had jack hammers...

I am truly disappointed to read your comments from your recent stay with us in our One Bedroom Suite. We clearly fell short of your expectations on this visit and I regret that we did not know about your experiences and address your concerns while you were still a guest of ours at the hotel. I would love the opportunity...

The hotel was so nice (breakfast at the garden, pool area, beach services, employees...) that I am happy to have this forum to tell this to other fellows of trip advisors. I have visited other luxury hotels in the area, for mere curiosity, and the Palm Spa is the one with more ambiance and class, where we can really relax...
