Gorgeous beach! Gorgeous views! Very clean hotel and delicious food and drinks at the Restaurant. Only drawbacks are hit or miss service. NOT the problem of the friendly and hardworking staff who were completely professional and delightful, but a management issue. Protocol around beach and tiki bar service should be established to make everything smoother for the amazing people working and making money for the management and owners. We tipped generously! Work arounds- Starbucks and Subway literally next-door. The couples around us had also procured their own drinks and food after experiencing the tireless and overworked beach attendants unable to meet the demand on the beach. The manager person ( some white dude) seemed unfazed as the workers hiked back and forth on the beach as he casually lounged by the hut near the boardwalk. Please go and tip the workers cash and enjoy a quiet and gorgeous Miami Beach experience!!!!!

Small boutique hotel with superb service and is not crowded. Staff is attentive and extremely courteous - make each guest feel special. Tranquil tropical ambiance. Beautiful grounds. Stay here every time I come to Miami and always love it.

Accommodations lived up to expectations, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent spa treatments. The hotel, locale and surrounding areas provided a welcome respite. While much work going on in the area, was still able to get around easily, and the boardwalk was very accessible.

When I stay in Miami Beach, I stay at the Palms. I traveled allot for work (pre-COVID) and enjoyed different hotel experiences but the Palms is perfect for the Miami Beach vibe. The Palms is far away and quite enough from the excitement of South Beach but you can easy walk there if you want to feel that experience. The pool, beach, hotel and staff are fantastic. If you are looking for a great relaxing time, stay at the Palms, you wont regret it!

We had a really lovely time at the Palms. The beach is beautiful and quiet- definitely a great spot if you're looking for something away from the craziness of south beach. The pool was really nice, though a bit small. The staff was always working hard and had a great attitude. It seemed as though they may have been understaffed (especially during breakfast service), but they were all trying their best. Also staff was great about covid precautions, wearing masks, etc. The hotel was quite crowded during our stay. The first few days that we were there, it seemed as though most people woke up before 8AM to claim pool chairs with bags, t-shirts, etc. and then went back to their room or to breakfast. By 8:30AM, every single chair was claimed, though no one was actually sitting at the pool. On our final day, the staff went around and scooped up all of the items on chairs and threw them in a bin near the towel exchange. This obviously created a bit of confusion and chaos when everyone got back to their seats to find their belongings gone and other people sitting there. I understand that they need to have a policy about claiming seats, but was a bit confusing as they only enforced it on some days. It was a minor issue, as we were able to go to the beach and get chairs there. Overall, the Palms is a great option if you're in Miami looking for a quiet beachfront resort and I would definitely recommend.
