We had a great 3 night stay I really can't complain, the staff was amazing specially the manager Nury and, Lianet. We had some minor AC issues that was fixed right away, they went above and beyond for our requests. The hotel itself is very unique and cute with clean rooms and we slept very comfortable, I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again for the amazing service!

Upon entering the hotel I was presented with an additional $32 resort fee and $14.50 for internet services . I told the very rude I cognizant clerk . I decline those charges and do not wish the use of the internet or resort facilities . I simply wish to go to sleep as it wa around 10:30 pm . to please check me in. Her words exactly was “you bully me “ I said ma’am , what ? This conversation was apparently not working , so I asked her to get her manager please . She called the manager and said ... this customer “ he bully me “ to which the manager said to me on the phone . Leave the hotel now or she was calling the cops . I left immediately . I had a paid voucher which includes the resort fee of $15 .... such rude behavior and really “she bully me” ... I have yet to have my charges refunded or a call back from the hotel . Don’t stay here .

It is customary for all the hotels in Miami Beach to have a resort fee and honestly our resort fee is lower than most of hotels. The website and every booking channel explains very well all the fees dues at the checking . If the reservation was booked thru a third party i will be more than happy to contact them and make sure they correct the information in their side. After a hard day's work, I arrived in this hotel really exhausted, upon my arrival I had a warm welcome and we had a good laugh with the staff, I appreciated the quality of my room, everything is clean and well thought out, nice room, nice original decoration, I would come back for my next stay, thank you

I got a room and when I arrived it wasn’t ready. Once we got in the room it was dirty. There was blood and urine on the toilet and hair in the shower. We told William at front desk and he told us there was no one to clean and if we wanted a refund we could get one. He then got someone last minute to clean. After we social distanced and came back the toilet was wiped of urine but the shower remained with hair and after further inspection rice in the shower: we did not feel comfortable staying because we are in a pandemic and this is our hard earned money. I am a Nurse and did not want to be in those conditions. William refunded me hotel fees and said I could get a refund. It’s been weeks later and I keep following up and now the hotel says that they looked at a camera and see William go in the room and clean it do they won’t give me a refund. This is not right. We did not stay at the hotel at all and were promised a refund. I am still waiting for my refund.

Even was not our fault a credit was issued but the credit need to be processed by a third party website because the reservation was not made directly with us.
