...We were told to call back after the weekend which we did to be told again there was no maids in so we called about 4/5 times at different time each time to be told the maid wasn’t there so they couldn’t say if they had the the power pack charger .I know for sure they had this and that’s why they messed us around saying they had no maids on sitepure rubbish as this hotel is in a great location and had ppl coming and going all the time the food was also a disgrace for the small amount they served you and charge over price ...

The hotel was exactly as advertised the room we chose was exact to the pics facilities all were working properly the personnel on duty during our stay were pleasant and very helpful Laritza and Sofia were the front desk personnel and we algo got help by Popy around the pool all always with a smile. We asked to change rooms and the next one was slightly better and we were so tired just wanted to sleep... This also proved impossible because the aircon unit in this room was also extremely loud and the controller was broken so we couldn't turn it off... The next day maintenance had to disable it from somewhere outside the room so although quiet the next night was very humid in the room... The room was also very poorly maintained and not clean... The skirting boards were falling off and the carpet was ruched up...

The rooms are tiny and the air conditioning failed both nights I stayed there... The tours are the ones you can book on Expedia, they just add $20 to the price... If you want to have an enjoyable vacation, pick a different hotel...

Me and my husband and 2 friends were staying in this hotel 2day before going on a cruise .we forgot to lift our power pack charger for our iPhone , we called up straight away once at the shop to be told there were no maids In which we knew was not true as we saw them when leaving . Everyone of the staff members I’ve encountered were very pleasant but this one particular Front Desk receptionist by the name of “Lourdes” was the absolute BEST thus far... After complaining about the temperature of the room for nearly 24hrs, she was the only person to resolve the issue by simply changing our room with no hesitation... I am absolutely grateful for her & because of her excellent customer service skills I would most definitely return to the facility & recommend mi familia & friends...

...Note for Google post about hotel The only reason I’m giving this hotel two stars it’s because of one of their employees She is the only reason that I am giving it such a high rating... Contacted the front desk several times over at 4 to 5 hour... Initially, the front desk representative would not even provide me with a ladder or steptool to take out the defective battery... Even though I offered to do the replacement myself, I seem to not get any assistance until the overnight person came on site... And in the middle of the night, I was able to find a store to go out and purchase a battery myself... I was been able to replace it and stop the beeping and eventually I got to sleep about 2:30 in the morning... I provided the front desk with a receipt of my purchase, and they said they provide it to the manager with the expectation of a refund I have yet to receive any communication directly from the manager even after multiple requests...

Horacio Alvarez at the front desk was the best person i have ever dealt with out of all of my hotel experiences. Was super nice, super patient and did all he could to help and make the stay so great from the minute i walked in... I would rebook this hotel over and over as long as Horacio Alvarez is there... Super thankful i came across him... He really gave the best customer service anyone could ask for...
