From the moment we came to the front counter and met Horacio we were hooked. Horacio told us everything we needed to know about hotel services, beach equipment, late breakfast and our room. Hotel is spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. The room is all that we needed. Again, spotlessly clean. We could tell that a lot of little touches throughout show that management/ownership really does care about the guests overall positive experience with this property. Great location. We could walk everywhere. Horacio told us best place to park, take bus, etc. Great stay. Hope this place remains wonderful like it is, in a world of mediocre.
Just returned from this hotel after my second visit it is a really lovely clean hotel staff are friendly and helpful and go the extra mile especially horacio who went over and above after I suddenly lost my husband whilst away also like to mention Sofia would go back in a heartbeat
I enjoyed my stay here! I will return to this location my next visit to south beach. The rooms were amazing, always clean. The hallway and pool are were also very clean and well maintained! I appreciate the staff at this hotel, they are all so nice!
Since we arrived we noticed the good feeling from the team. Even when the property needs some structural improvements , the rooms were extremely cleans and organized, including the hallways. Eugenio from Housekeeping was very attentive and professional. We had an issue with the AC and he was very responsible until the last minute. For sure we will be back again soon.
Everything from the rooms to the bathrooms to the lobby was super clean and very well organized. The pool was amazing and super refreshing. The housekeeping women were super attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.
The hotel pictures are not the rooms that you are getting. My boyfriend and I are in our twenties so i believe they did not take us seriously. We had no AC in our room our entire 3 day stay. I asked multiple times for it to be fixed or move to a different room and never received any help. Front desk lady said she would get somebody on it multiple times & never did. I was never once offered a discount or anything for staying in a sweaty hot 82 DEGREE room for 3 nights. They sent multiple people to touch the thermostat, say it was working, and leave. IT WAS NOT WORKING. i had to ask for a late checkout fee to be waived. nothing else was offered to compensate my extremely inconvenient stay. I will be calling the BBB because this honestly was Illegal.
Lourdes was the nicest and kindness lady. We had a long day . I appreciated her being patient with my husband and I. We was tried and frustrated but Ms Lourdes made our night better. From just being kind
The staff at this hotel was very friendly, ESPECIALLY Horacio; he was so incredibly sweet to my cousin and I and was incredibly helpful! Secondly, this hotel is only about 3 minutes walking distance away from Miami beach. On top of that, there was also a pool that was mostly shaded, which was great for days where the sun was too strong for my sensitive skin. The room I stayed in was very beautiful, clean, bright, and spacious. This hotel did not offer breakfast but that was not a problem for me since it was such a decent price and walking distance from Starbucks and other breakfast cafes in the area. The lounge was very beautiful, and I did see a bar, however it was closed during my stay (but I wasn't interested in it anyway and that could change in the future). Basic hotel good price, clean and comfy beds. We were worried after reading the reviews on this but it was great. Good location near to beach and amenities. The staff were also very helpful. We arrived during Memorial Day so it was busy but it was not bad at all. Could do better if just a bit cleaner in bathroom
I read so many bad review about this property I was scared to even come. But the reasons are everywhere.. some people loved it and some people hated it. I feel like because you paid $100 a night your expecting a Hilton experience. The just came out of a pandemic I know money is short but Jesus. Anyways I had a wonderful stay. The staff did their best with what they had. The need better chairs because guest here don’t care about the chairs and then other people use them and it looks bad. The pool was clean the whole time I was here, I even took a picture. I didn’t see any bugs or roaches. The housekeeping says on the welcome paper it’s after your 2nd day of staying there. Y’all need to stop complaining and start reading. You not reading ain’t a reason to attack the property. Anyways I had fun and enjoyed my stay.
