My husband and I really enjoyed our trip and stay at the Ritz Miami Beach. The service is unmatched. We had great service inside and on the beach. Lot took care of each day and made our beach experience enjoyable. Looking forward to staying again
I frequent the Ritz Carlton Beach as a small work get away & each time I am receive exceptional, warm welcoming service & a peaceful environment. Oliver, the beach representative always made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was kind enough to check in frequently as well as the food and beverage waiters/waitresses. I will definitely always visit the beach in this area. Thank you for a great experience.
Our stay was delightful and perfect in every way. Every single team member went above and beyond to delight and surprise us. The front desk team was flawless and Isla melted my heart. The pool crew was incredibly attentive, anticipating needs we didn't know we had. This property is clearly well managed and the employees genuinely enjoy their customers. Sammy Teller is a warm and wonderful human being as well as an excellent manager. The club lounge staff absolutely blew us away, the personalized and attentive service was spot on. Lenny, Myriam, Paco, Janelly, and Eduardo took care of us like we were family and I cannot say enough about how amazing they made our stay! The room was beautiful and the view was stunning. I cannot wait to visit this property again!
Our experience at the Ritz Carlton on Miami Beach was amazing. From the amenities, to the room that was provided for us. We did spa appointment that included a massage. The massage was on point very relaxing. Our masseuse was Tania she was amazing. The staff at the spa was very nice as well. We had complimentary champagne at the spa which was a nice touch. The service was something that really stood out to us. Winston, who brought us room service and was our server at Fuego y Mar for dinner, went above and beyond for us in every aspect. From recommending the best dishes at the restaurant, to making sure we always had fresh water in the hot Miami sun. He always made sure we were comfortable and well attended. He recommended the best champagnes they had, and surprised us with an upgraded bottle when they had run out of the bottle we originally ordered. Overall our experience was 100% better because of him. We will definitely be returning.…
We have had an absolutely perfect experience while staying at the Ritz-Carlton. The club lounge service was amazing, highly recommended Maryam and Paco. The beach service was also 10/10, Heather is just great! We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our family and friends. Thank you all for an amazing experience and services.
First time at a Ritz and it didn’t disappoint. This was my third hotel in 3 days and the difference in service was staggering. We were greeted with smiles and champagne. My check in was so professional. Akieyla, sorry if I misspelled her name, was so nice. 5 star service. Room was beautiful. Ocean view. Right over the pool. Balcony. Everything was perfect.
Heather is all around an amazing employee at the Ritz. She is kind, smiling, always being sweet, and thanking me for staying here. She is always working and trying to please her guests. Her crew of young gentleman helpers were also outstanding. Heather met all our needs and then some. She gets 5 stars. The rest of the hotel staff is also amazing. Always smiling and greeting you with kindness. This is an amazing hotel from the staff to the food! Thank you for making our first trip to Miami South Beach so memorable. We will be back!
We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton! Everyone treated us amazing and we didn’t come across a single person who was in a bad mood. The beach staff did an amazing job setting up chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Huge shoutout to Heather who always kept us happy and set on snacks and drinks. She even cleaned our sunglasses and provided sunscreen if needed! The pool staff were great too. Heather, thank you again for your kindness! We will miss staying at the Ritz it was amazing!
Great last minute overnight with my family. Lunch was great, the pool is very pretty, room was beautiful and a great size. Kids friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location is terrific and we went to a fun Cuban restaurant for dinner. The beach is great, but was too rough for us.
I have stayed in this property over 20 times in the last 15 years. But haven’t been since before the pandemic. We obviously were excited to go back to the hotel after three long years ( 2 due to the pandemic and 1 due to their renovation). So we had our expectation bar really high. Should have take a look here before and would realize that the experience from other guests would be a warning to what was upcoming. The hotel is no longer Ritz Carlton material. Sure the looks is the same (which frustrates the renovation part) but it is far from bad. However, that it. The staff (with very few exceptions) are below a 3 star hotel standard. Housekeeping is a disaster (rotten towels, lack of amenities..). The pool service is ok, but they’re lacking headcount… makes difficult to order drinks or food… Breakfast is the only point that has remained top quality. Overall, disappointed. Felt sad as this place brings me so many positive memories… but the last 6 days spent last week unfortunately were a new chapter and staying there again won’t happen at anytime soon as it is too much money to spend to bad service and memories.…
