My husband and I went to celebrate our 11th anniversary at the Soho Beach house and we seated by the bar since We didn’t make any reservation. Our bartender Jerry, provided the best service ever! He was very attentive, polite, and extra nice. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful night and celebration that we even forgot we were seated by the bar. We will definitely come back and recommend this place among our friends.
As a Soho House Member, I’ve always been a fan for Art Basel at Soho Beach House. The tent at the beach always is one of the most memorable experiences as a music/dance lover you can have during that art week. I’m always positively taken by the interior design style they give to the tent. I can’t wait to go back.
I went to the beach at the soho house To celebrate my friends bday. There, we arrived and we got greeted by all the staff. They were friendly and very polite. We got set up next to the water and with great towels and great equipment. I am in love with the umbrellas. The beach attendant passed by to check on us and also with a smile. The beach attendants work so hard and still they keep their positive attitude and professionalism when they are during this hot weather. The beach was also very clean. Dorian ( I might be misspelled his name) was very nice and professional Thank you all for the great experience
He is amazing .He has to be manager and he has to train the others servers . He is so attentive ,so quick . He is server on the beach of Soho House . And most important thing that I observe HE LİKES WHAT HE İS DOİNG ... Soho Beach House has to give a chance to him to promote in his work life ... Everyone knows him even I don't known who is manager on the beach of Soho but I known him .HE is very hard worker with big smiling even I can see his smile with mask :) Really I appreciate to his work .Thank you Jean .!!!! I spend almost 10 month here in Miami so I observe his great work ....
Had been really looking forward to staying at this hotel.... BUT...My trip was nearly ruined in the first 10 minutes, firstly our room was not ready upon check in time, for the price you pay to stay at this hotel i found that unacceptable... secondly the security guard who strolls around the hotel is so rude... the reception forgot to give us wrist bands on check in, so he questioned us and made us feel like criminals... again totally unacceptable for guests at a hotel to be treated that way... it’s not Buckingham palace! They also take everyones names around the swimming pool to check you should be there it’s so cringey and inappropriate. Pros: Danielle, she rescued our stay and upgraded us to a beautiful room and gave us complementary drinks, that lady really knew how to do customer service well. The rooftop bar was great, and the hotel smelt amazing. Hotel could be great, but needs to work on treating guests as guests and not making them feel uncomfortable with all the silly checks and security - very OTT and unprofessional.…
