I went to the beach at the soho house To celebrate my friends bday. There, we arrived and we got greeted by all the staff. They were friendly and very polite. We got set up next to the water and with great towels and great equipment. I am in love with the umbrellas. The beach attendant passed by to check on us and also with a smile. The beach attendants work so hard and still they keep their positive attitude and professionalism when they are during this hot weather. The beach was also very clean. Dorian ( I might be misspelled his name) was very nice and professional Thank you all for the great experience

And most important thing that I observe HE LİKES WHAT HE İS DOİNG ... Soho Beach House has to give a chance to him to promote in his work life ... Had been really looking forward to staying at this hotel.... BUT...My trip was nearly ruined in the first 10 minutes, firstly our room was not ready upon check in time, for the price you pay to stay at this hotel i found that unacceptable... secondly the security guard who strolls around the hotel is so rude... the reception forgot to give us wrist bands on check in, so he questioned us and made us feel like criminals... again totally unacceptable for guests at a hotel to be treated that way... it’s not Buckingham palace! They also take everyones names around the swimming pool to check you should be there it’s so cringey and inappropriate. Pros: Danielle, she rescued our stay and upgraded us to a beautiful room and gave us complementary drinks, that lady really knew how to do customer service well. The rooftop bar was great, and the hotel smelt amazing. Hotel could be great, but needs to work on treating guests as guests and not making them feel uncomfortable with all the silly checks and security - very OTT and unprofessional.

This place has a great vibe for Miami. Don't expect great service, but finding good service in Miami is near impossible (besides the edition.) Soho beach house is def poppin and you're likely to see celebs if that's something you care about.

We are Soho House members from the UK and travel very regularly - however, we don’t regard staying in one of the houses as an absolute given, and often stay elsewhere. My last trip to Miami was 9 years ago (!) and I stayed at the Fontainebleau which was, and still is, really awful. It’s right next door, you will see and hear it immediately. I thought of trying 1 Hotel South Beach but fortunately avoided that too as it’s just another absolutely huge sprawling hotel. So the dilemma for people like me is - where can I actually stay?? This was a 2 night stop for me so I did a good chunk of research. The Beach House has some great advantages- we booked a beachside 1 room which was a huge apartment and had great views of the ocean. However, 3000 USD for 2 nights does not guarantee a good night’s sleep at all as the volume from the DJ was overwhelming at 2am, and we were 11 storeys high. As usual, breakfast was super (farmer’s table) and drinks etc all reasonable. This absolutely felt like a club for local members more than anything- we love to walk fortunately and spent both days out and about and avoided the beach beds and the pool which were very busy. Out of the 2 options I’d say the pool offers some degree of respite, but it’s quite sad that we felt we had to avoid being in the hotel. It’s actually crazy. I can’t see me rushing back to Miami any time soon, and if anyone can recommend a QUIET, luxury hotel which does not have DJs playing all day long at full volume it would be great. When you walk along the boardwalk you pass one hotel after another, all claiming to be ‘luxury’, which seem to compete in the volume stakes- it’s quite sad actually as it takes away from the natural stretch of sand and water. We had a similar issue with this in California in August and it’s not something you find in Europe - yes there are hotels aimed at the 20-30 crowd, but where do other Americans go to switch off and read by a pool??? Alaska maybe. In short - great room with all the usual excellent add-ons from Soho House. Just far too noisy and don’t get me started with check out and the posh cars clogging up the entrance drive....
