Be warned of this place! The pictures on the website are obviously treated with photoshop. In fact, the place is worn, dirty and smelly. The rooms are not soundproof. Worst of all - the receptionist claimed that my booking weren‘t paid by my travel agent, which was a bold-faced lie to make me pay double. When I confronted the administration with the facts, I did not receive any reaction. Luckily, my bank could book the money back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

What a s…t hole. Front desk person left us because his shift just end up. Room smells like a chlorine, no furnitures inside the room just a bed. Stains on a Holloway carpet and rooms smells like a weed Worse than hourly motel!!!!!!

It was my first time in the city, and second time for my boyfriend. The hotel is super convenient located because is in the middle of everything and walking distance to the beach! We want to specially thank Dion for his excellent customer service and his knowledge. Thanks to him, our stay was a blast and definitely thinking about going back! You need to see Dion if you staying at the Townhouse in Miami

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. While the location of the Townhouse Hotel could not be better, it’s clear that its owners are CHEAP as F and squeezing as many dollars out of this place as possible while leaving guest wondering a few things like: - Why the hallway to our bedroom wreaked of cleaning agent so strong you couldn’t hold your breath. - Why our understated room felt more like that of a hospital than a hotel. - Why for a 3 star hotel, there was no soap, bedspread, functioning tv, nor a bed headboard, but a swell couch cover placed over the corner seating area like you’d find at grandma’s. The bathroom - downright geriatric if that’s your thing. - Why the only functional light in the room was mounted directly over your head as you lay in bed. You CAN NOT call this a “boutique hotel”. I’ve written travel articles about what makes one so. The Townhouse unfortunately is masquerading as boutique, it’s lobby well appointed, sitting beneath what is a budget hotel needing a lot of help. This come only out of the kindness of my heart because I don’t want other people to waste their money, and because I really want management there to take this feedback seriously. Upon my next visit to Miami Beach, it’ll like be a block or two down the way. Our total for a three night stay was well over $1k.

This was exactly what I was looking for: Clean, basic and an unbeatable location! You have some of the best restaurants and hotspots minutes away and the beach a few steps away. I needed a place to WFH but make it a vacation. The decor is pretty minimal but it is not super beige like most hotels. There is also a spacious rooftop! Perfect for breakfast or a cocktail at sunset My room was surprisingly spacious which worked out for my extended stay. I relied on the photos to make a judgment call before booking. I did read the reviews as well, however, guests are partly responsible for other guests experience. Lastly, the front desk and their customer service was excellent. everyone made me feel at home. The hotel manager was always on top of things. If you need a nice place to stay for your Miami excursions, I highly recommend Townhouse Hotel Miami! My new go to!
