Exteremely noisy, filthy, mystery stains everywhere, broken balcony door and other things like light switches. We felt exteremely unsafe here. We fled the hotel after one night. We did not sleep since there was constant shouting and fighting (cops had to be involved but not after several hours) plus people were banging on our door and trying to get in. We could not get a hold of anyone in authority to help us. We were not helped and not called back. No refund and a total waste of money. For so much money a night, I would say, go somewhere else.
Location was good, but loud until early in the morning. Room was cramped but do ok. They were suppose to provide room service on 3rd day, but never received any. Called on 3rd day and never got follow up. Called again on 4th day and again nothing. When to front desk and again nothing. Never received room service. Trash was supposed to be picked up and again nothing. Left trash outside of room, it was still there when we left. Have to go get towels and linen at front desk. Guess they expect you to do your own room service. Miami Beach is great, but the Riviera Hotel, never again. Service truly sucked.
Awesome and extremely accommodating staff. Overall great experience! Ask for amaury,blanca,carlos (bellman). Beautiful lobby, nice pool, and even better service. Definitely booking again. Great location.
Satisfied with the service I received from my admission, I highlight the excellent attention and kindness of Amaury who was at the reception and helped us all the time he was present, I recommend the hotel, we will enjoy our stay for 4 nights 👏👏
The hotel is super lovely and the service was fantastic. Amaury is very welcoming and warm and always starts the convo with how you are doing ☀️☀️ Blanca and Gabriela are also super sweet. 10/10 love this hotel💜 the pillows smell so good and the bamboo pool is just great with best raggaeton music 💛💛💛
First, I’d like to thank GABY and AMAURY for they’re outstanding attention to my request and accommodating my needs. Unfortunately that is the only good positive note during my stay….Sadly I can’t say the same for the older gentlemen with white hair, who was serving at the bar. What a miserable human being. I asked him a simple question, “is there smoking allowed??” A simple “NO” would have sufficed, but instead he replied with an attitude, “read the sign” which was behind me….very unprofessional! Now for the room; dirty floors, women’s hair on the floor, toilet seat and sink, not to mention the stained pillows. Worse of all, good luck trying to sleep….extremely loud people at the main floor at all hours of the night. To the managers, your Security personnel, need to have the guests keep it down during late hours and your housekeeping personnel need more supervision. I did not complain because I was out of the room during the entire afternoon and when noticing these issues it was already night time l and I was too exhausted to go and debate with the front desk. Luckily it was only a 1 night stay.…
the hotel is very clean , Amauri and Gaby in the front were very polite and friendly .. the room was nice best hotel room i’ve been in . the parking was a bit pricey but worth it .. not far from the hotel . i recommend this hotel 10/10 .
We were staying in Miami with friends for a couple of nights and this was a perfect place for it. It's really close to the beach and there's a bar downstairs that has happy hour every day with free drinks. Our room looked exactly like in the pictures and the view was also beautiful. They also have a cute rooftop pool! Gaby gave us a super warm welcome and we cannot wait to be back!
I had the best time with my hubby at Riviera Suites. We live in Deerfield Beach and need a weekend away from work. Our suite was beautiful, intimate and luxurious. The happy hour every afternoon is the best part, all the guests just having a great time together! And to top it all there is a night club just across the street, (Saturday is the best night)! The food is amazing, the staff makes us feel like family. Thanks again Frederick for having us and making our stay memorable. We are already planning the next baecation !!! Stephanie
My fiance and I are visiting Miami for the first time together and could not have been happier by the warm welcome and customer service provided from this hotel. Gaby was one of the first people to attend to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure a fun, comfortable and exciting stay for us. Her along with heart welcoming Mariel we both very professional and friendly. We even got a call in a room apon arrival to ensure everything was up to par with our room. Special that ks tho these team members and other staff of Riviera South Beach Hotel for making our first time experience in Miami perfect!
