So we stayed 5 nights at The Fritz right on South Beach. The location is great. But that’s where it ends. The Covid nonsense really cut into the stay. No maid service. At all. But the bed...Worst hotel bed of my life. I slept in a rut. The mattress hasn’t been replaced in many years. My back is still hurting days later. Avoid this place. Also the restaurant is geared towards 20-something tourists not adults. They offer Las Vegas mega sized cocktails made with cheap booze. The food is one star diner quality with Beach prices. Pass.

Dingy but suite was updated and comfortable. Unfortunately, we visited during Spring Break and there were multiple shots fired just outside our window. No call from the front desk to check on their occupants. Highly unlikely that we will be returning. Definitely overpriced.

We stayed here for a couple of days before a cruise along with another couple. When we first arrived it was confusing due to a outdoor restaurant seating in front of the hotel. There was a sign saying hotel entrance going up a ramp between the hotel and another restaurant on the right. Once you get to the top of the ramp you can see from the pics how horrified we were to see an alley greeting us! I'm trying to figure out where the wonderful reviews are coming from because it didn't get alot better.A large towel holder was pushed into a corner in front of our doorway and never moved our entire stay. All white is the room and it looked clean upon arriving. We were laying on the bed and one of the slats fell so my husband lifted up the mattress to fix it instead of calling the office. Let's just say no one had cleaned under it for a while. I give them credit our bathroom was spotless. No ice buckets or ice in the room. Pool area is on the rooftop and was small but had a great view. Also the restaurant out front is wonderful for breakfast and you get a discount for staying at the hotel. The only thing going for this hotel is the location!

This cosy little star hotel was ous family's place to be while spending new year in Miami. The location is perfect. Just in the middle of things. The shops are around the corner, the beach in 100 meters away, the party street in front. You do not need taxi, just walk everywhere. The only thing that bothered us was the noise from Ocean Drive. Every day the cars and trash trucks start their tours in the early hours and every evening the restaurants play their music really really loud outside in the streets. Ao, remember to bring ear plugs!! Or ask a room in thr back of the hotel. The room we had was clean and huge-2 bedrooms, a balcony, and 2 bathrooms and a livingroom with a sofa bed. Air con is also loud but works in living room. The kitchen is not a real one. Only a microwave oven and a fridge and coffee machine. No tools to fry, cook or boil anything. The hotel is tiny. It has a roof terrace but it is in a poor condition. The pool also is tiny and I would not want to swim there. But the beach is so close! Staff is latin and the restaurant is poor and pricey. There is a better one TGI with air con just 10meters away. Very pricy hotel for being only 3stars but it had no bugs and location is good so worth the money. Me coming from Amsterdam it is good for the Dutsch owners, I guess :) Would go again!

Stayed in May 2019 with my cousin, and we both absolutely loved it. It was right on Ocean Drive across the street from the beach. Not only was the location wonderful, we loved the rooftop pool and view. The rooms were nice and clean. We will return this year!
