Staffing was great from front to end. My other half and I were upgraded last minute to a junior suite upon arrival. The view was amazing and it was a nice touch considering we were celebrating, so it made us feel special. Drinks were really expensive but I guess it's not so surprising for Miami Beach. Not really conveniently located, everything we did or considered doing was either a 15 minute walk or 15-20 minute drive. Nonetheless, it was a great stay. We shall return. 👍🏽

I had such an exceptional exeperience at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Viola was very kind, making sure that I had everything I needed at check in, while also informing me of the food and wine festivities on the property. Salvador Cotes helped make my drink request a reality while taking the time to personally make it for me, for that I am grateful. The Spa team was remarkable. Chantel gave me the most brilliant massage. She was very attentive and aided me in reaching states of blissful and deep relaxation. decided to surprise my wife with a mini vacation for her birthday and our little baby moon. Checked out Eden Roc to see what they had to offer and sure enough pick the right place. If you decide to book your next trip at Eden roc please do yourself a favor and call to reserve! Reservation agent Diego F. Ramirez was exceptional. He gave me a great price and threw in a nice little bonus. He guided me in every step of the way. Any questions I had he answered, very knowledgeable and understanding. Amazing service for his part couldn’t thank him enough! The hotel staff was very tentative no complains at all. The rooms super clean, smell nice and fresh. The pools were real nice, had a nice modern touch to them. We eat most of the time at the pool side bar restaurant they have and it was awesome! Overall the trip was a 10! Definitely the only hotel we will stay at when we are back in Miami. The location was excellent, not so busy, crazy and loud as South Beach but still close proximity to all the fun and popular spots, it's a beach front property. Love Andrea, Chamise and the staff, the service, the room, the amenities especially the spa, the decor, the cleanliness, the food, the beach and most of all the hotel signature scent. Where luxury meets simplicity, where you can have a relaxcation! The moment you step in the lobby, that signature scent just swept me off my feet! The staff, especially Andrea made us feel special, they all made us feel welcome and happy to be there.

Beautiful location and hotel. They have everything you’ll need and the spa was amazing. Gail and Gabriel from the spa treated me so well on my birthday and Gabriel made me feel so beautiful. This was a perfect solo birthday trip and I will definitely go back and recommend this hotel to others. You won’t regret booking here!

The aesthetics are beautiful, architectural elegance wrapped in Japanese Zen. The pool area's are magnificent, its truly an optic and vibe to want to be in. The rooms, amazing! The problem for me is the front desk made a mistake. When I tried to get the $400 dollar error corrected, they hung up on me twice, scripted response for 6 days when I would call back for a follow up. We will send this over to the account. Very passive aggressive as they keep calling you by your last name in an effort to over talk you. I spoke with the following people to no resolve. Samantha, Audrey, Deiajo, Gina & Neko. It wasn't until on the 6th. day I started asking for the General Manager or CEO....Then they connected me with Fernanda who corrected the mistake and said sorry. I stayed there in July. Today is the 8th of September. I'll also share with you the elevators wouldn't stop on the correct floor. Security had to come and override it. The rooms were hot. I was there for 5 days.…

Let’s start with the pros , one of the few properties that give a great ocean view Staff is phenomenal ESPECIALLY GABBY , she saved the experience and really what gave it at least 4 stars .she’s awesome i hope she continues to climb the hotel corporate ladder with her professionalism, very accommodating, patient and is genuinely and amazing person to have on your team !! And the Nobu restaurant is great up to Nobu standards staff there was great as well .CONS!!! This property does not give Nobu luxury , rooms arnt that clean found someone medical pills on the floor next to my bed , bathroom gets stuffy with no good air ventilation, stains on the wall and towel shower floor was dirty had some weird stain on it , food at the ocean restaurant is very sub par but staff is good .

Not a 5 star hotel. Pros: Deluxe king ocean front with balcony rooms are gorgeous and affordable. Locations is super convenient for getting around south beach. Adults only pool made a world of difference. Cons Completely and utterly over priced. A lot of hidden fees. Food at nobu miami is sub par to other locations and to hypey. You share a lobby with another hotel and the clientelle is night and day.
