This is the 3rd time my kids and I have been here -- and we can't wait to come back. The staff is amazing -- from the check-in to the bartenders at the pool bar. Sherein Gaviola, the front office manager, is so amazing and has practically become a part of our family. We all love seeing her each time -- and her restaurant recommendations rock! The rooms and their views are stunning and impeccably clean. Even with COVID -- we felt safe and were not worried at all. Of course we ate at Nobu, which is our favorite meal of the trip every time. We will be back soon for sure!!!

First off, I’m not new to Miami, I have stayed all around the city from the Deco district to downtown and Nobu hands down has been my favorite place to stay for these reasons. 1. The staff is genuinely inviting and filled with true kindness! We stayed here for my birthday so from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out I felt like each staff member made sure it was the most special birthday possible! At this point I consider them family and I won’t be staying anywhere else when I’m in Miami. Issac brought up a thoughtful Birthday card handwritten and a bottle of wine complementary to get it started! Then Ramon The manager and I got into a fun conversation when I went to go tell him how much Isaac’s kindness meant to me. After talking with Ramon I could easily see why the staff is so hospitable it really is a attitude of love that comes from the top down. Once again that family mentality! Along with the heart warming staff comes top notch pools, food, and access to the amazing beach. I really enjoyed there beach over south beach because it is private, if you stay over in the deco district that south beach area gets slammed with crowds. Where as this beach is very relaxing filled with fun vibes. You also get chairs and food and drink service on the beach. I personally felt it was the best beach I’ve been to in Miami. The rooms were comfortable and elegant, the chandelier when you walk in is just magical and the art and decor around the rooms and hotel is very modern and fun! I highly recommend staying here, I’ll be coming back in May! Charlie

From the moment you walk in, Nobu Miami Beach has a stench of ‘Lets use Covid-19 as an excuse to cut every corner’. Whats worse is you walk in thinking you’re at the wrong hotel because all you see is Eden Rock, which they make no mention of on their website. The Nobu check in desk is closed, so you have to go stand in a confusing line at the Eden Rock check in desk. At the very least, this place is overrated by at least 2 stars. You have to call 5 times to get the front desk, room service, or house keeping on the phone, and thats because its clear they have the most minimal staff operating TWO hotels. Room service has the worst hours - so you’re forced to walk down to the packed restaurants, risking Covid, to get food, which is cold by the time you get it to your room. And you can’t eat at any of the restaurants without a reservation, which are impossible to get because they don’t save any tables for hotel guests. The AC does not work at night, so you wake up drenched in sweat. The biggest joke of the trip was a $12 fruit cup - which even the cafe staff were embarrassed by and said they tried to get management to change the price but they refused. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This is a knockoff of one of the many other Nobu hotels i've stayed at.

Just spent Xmas - NYE at the Nobu Hotel to escape the cold and while it wasn’t perfect, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a casual getaway in South Beach. Most of the issues experienced were mainly due to the surge of guests leading up to New Year’s (i.e. long coffee bar line, 3 hour wait time for food at the beach, 1 hr. wait for eggs at Malibu Farms) and the hotel likely not being staffed appropriately during COVID. However, everyone working was extremely pleasant and did their best to accommodate us. Leah and Carlos in particular both went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only did they make checking in/out and extending our stay a breeze, but they addressed all of our concerns and took the appropriate steps to resolve our grievances. Their hospitality and kindness during what I’m sure was the busiest week of the year to date during a pandemic nonetheless was greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed! The Nobu menu and service in the lobby is also incredible and the baked crab hand roll is not to be missed. Will certainly be back!

I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. Everything from A-Z was wrong. I don’t even know where to start. I arrived and they told me that due to covid there is no room service and no room cleaning services. That is completely understandable, but I wish I would have been informed of that before booking (which was only a few days before) so that I could make better decisions. They promised me that since I was staying for a long time they would clean my room 3 times during the 11 day stay (That never happened). My phone was broken when I arrived, I tried to call from my cell phone for over an hour no one answered at the front desk. We went downstairs and no one was there to help us. When I finally spoke to someone the next morning, they told me a manager would contact me. It never happened. I went back the next day and finally was able to speak with a manager, I explained to him one of our guests had severe asthma and the dust was bad in the room, he promised to send someone to vacuum and that we would be provided fresh towels every day. That never happened. Towels continued to pile up in the bathroom, smelling. Every time we needed new towels it would take 1 hour for the front desk to answer the phone, or sometime multiple calls because it would just hang up. When they finally answered it would take another hour to get towels to the room. They never took the old towels away. Sometimes we would request other things and never even receive them. Since they never cleaned our room on the 3 days as scheduled, our sheets were filthy. By the 9th day we requested a sheet change because we realized they weren’t cleaning the room as promised. The house keeping person left the sheets in the room for us to change them ourselves !! When I got back and saw this, I called to let them know this is unacceptable and asked for them to come change the sheets. We left the room, when we came back, we saw that only the bottom sheet was changed, the comforter and pillow cases were still dirty and stained. I complained to the manager again the next day, and he promised a proper sheet change. Again, the sheets were not changed when we returned that night. I called down and they agreed to let me sleep in a different room since it was my LAST NIGHT and the housekeeping was already gone. Also, there was only 2 pillows on the bed when we arrived. Seems trivial but I expect more if I’m paying for a 5 star hotel. The food at Malibu Farm restaurant was disgusting. I got sick the 2nd time I ate there. And on our last day, we tried to go to the beach at 2pm, the chair guy was so rude, he refused to put chairs on the beach for us since he was alone and had reached “the limit of chairs he can put by himself”. We offered to help and he refused and told us we need to wait. (The beach was empty btw, as all the people from the holidays were already gone). When his coworker came back, they still refused to put chairs out because they were closing soon (It was 3pm and they only close at 5pm). Finally, after complaining multiple times to the manager, he agreed to remove the resort fee of 35$ per day from our bill. I confirmed on check out that the resort fee was removed. Once I got home I realized that my card had been changed twice, once for the full stay, and a second change of 400$. I called the hotel and found out that they changed me the resort fees on a separate bill! They finally reimbursed me for them after arguing, and when I asked for additional compensation for the entirety of my horrible stay, the manager basically told me, I don’t really care because you’ve already paid and checked out. TRUST ME, DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT. I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me.
