On August 4, 2022 I was supposed to fly to MIA for a trip with friends but after a two hour delay due to weather (horrific storms) in DCA airport, I finally boarded American Airlines 2293 and sat on a plane as it rained violently and lightening strikes were as close as 2 miles away. After another 2 hours we were finally told the flight was cancelled. I quickly made my way to the front desk near the gate only to find that we were the last flight to be alerted that the entire airport was shut down and the line for customers service stretched back toward the security check point. I then decided to call AA as I walked to baggage claims to get my bags and hopefully get a flight out the next morning. I stood in a line that took about an hour to get through. At 10:01pm we were told baggage claims was now closed by Jessica at American Airlines baggage claims near carousel 12. Thousands of people erupted in anger as we all stood in a trans of confusion and disappointment. We were told to come back at 6am to get your bags. Not only did I not have a flight to make it in time to Miami, American Airlines sent my bags to Miami at 3am while I remained stranded in DC. I called Nobu-hotel miami to tell them my flight was cancelled and I'm not sure if I would make it to Miami as everything was booking up due to hundreds or cancellations-mostly due to the horrible weather in DC. Not only did Nobu charge me a no show fee (even-though I called them before I made to baggage claims)they refused to give me a refund. I begged and pleaded with them sending them proof of my cancellation and dilemma. Flights were booked up until Sunday night, well I was due to check out on Monday August 8. I had no control and this Hotel told me to f*ck myself--you are not getting a dime back. Just shy $3000 is gone. They refused to have mercy. I had a nonrefundable ticket with American Airlines but they granted me a full refund plus additional funds as a credit to my awards account. This hotel cares nothing about their customers and I will not stop until the world knows that hotels like this are taking advantage of consumers punishing them over things out of our control.…
Housekeeping stole my credit cards on our first day there. Management and hotel security have done nothing! Don’t stay here unless you’d like to have your valuables stolen! What a waste! We will never return. Pay the extra and stay on fountaineblue
My wife and I have stayed at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach many times and each stay is wonderful. The entire staff couldn’t be more helpful. We dine at their restaurant Ocean Social. Oswaldo, the supervisor, is very knowledgeable, courteous and has a great staff. The food and drinks are fabulous. Innovative and delicious!! Come to Nobu Miami Beach and have a great time!
Nobu hotel is a wonderful place to be, the service is amazing and the workers are also amazing. Shout out to Juan, Karen, Eric, and Katy for making my trip unforgettable! Book this hotel you won’t regret it. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful and the pools are awesome. Service is fast but the bar closes at 12 and after that sometimes the runners can be a little slow at night (understandable). The food options are great all you have to do is cross the little bridge and boom. Room service was great and I had such a wonderful trip. Also the SPA WAS BEAUTIFUL and it’s included in the hotel. They have a sauna, steam room, hot tub, showers literally everything and it’s so Zen.
Check in was seemless and fast. Valentina at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room zen suite had many pluses the view, space and large bathroom. Staff was friendly. The food at Nobu 5 star as well.
From start to finish the hotel is a total mess. The left hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Service should be called disservice!!! The reason for staying here was the Nobu Restaurant. It did not disappoint and has never done. But the hotel should be called a Motor Inn. First night - no soaps in the bathroom. Tried calling housekeeping and the front desk and listened to some music but no one picked up. I thought it was a one off thing and returned to Nobu for one more night after a week in Aruba. Guess what ? No toilet paper and no tissue paper in the bathroom. . It was about 11:00 pm and we had an early flight the next morning so no trying the front desk or anyone else. Just before going to bed - called the front desk for a wake up call. “Yes of course we will call you yak yak ! You guessed it no one called and we missed our flight. The general manager ought to be embarrassed and ought to be demoted for running a shabby outfit.…
My husband and I recently returned from our 4th visit to Nobu at Eden Rock, which we now consider our home-away-from-home favorite getaway. We love the hotel and the people who work there have always treated us with kindness and have worked hard to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. From the start we were greeted warmly, cheerfully, and professionally by Valentina at reception. We arrived early in the morning (before check-in time) but Valentia offered us early check-in and our room was ready even sooner than we expected. As a bonus, two bottles of Prosecco were waiting for us in our room -- a special treat from concierge Hana. Thank you, Hana, it was a nice touch and you made us feel like special guests. Every employee was friendly, super-helpful and professional from the team helping us with our luggage at check-in and checkout (sorry I can't remember your names), to the folks keeping our room spotless and clean and furnishing us with new towels and sheets daily, to the tireless workers and servers on the beach. This is the second time we've had the pleasure of meeting Ariel who manages the beach area like a true professional. Both he and Quintel accommodated all our needs. Mitchell was a standout in the beach server department. Sweet guy, great service, we hope to see you all again on our next visit. We're grateful to the entire Nobu team.…
Our first time staying at the Nobu Miami Beach was about two years ago and we've been staying here since then. This was our fifth time at the hotel and I can say every stay is better than the last. The attention is spectacular specially Dalila, she always makes us feel welcome and happy to be there again. We’ll be return soon!
I stayed at the hotel with my family and ended up fogetting two pieces of clothing (100% my mistake). Nevertheless I tried contacting them about this through all forms possible (E-mail, Message, Whatsapp, Instagram…) and none were answered. I had a friend in the area that was going to pick it up for me and she even went there but it wasn’t possible because they didn’t answer anything.
My wife and I stayed at the Nobu hotel in Miami Beach in July celebrating our anniversary and had a great time. The checkin was smooth, the room was amazing (we were upgraded to ocean view) and the stay went as well as it can go. We loved the adults only pool that only Nobu guest can use. Initially I was concerned that the pool was going to be very crowded but that was not the case. The staff was very attentive to the hotel surroundings and the guests. This is not something that we can take for granted these days post COVID where the demand is so high and lack of staff at all hotels. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you looking for a 5 star hotel in the Miami Beach area.
