Our annual 2 week summer vacation. We arrived at the door and I thought wow impressive I walked through the doors and thought wow this is a very tired hotel.... It took 3 attempts for them to find a room we were okay with - still had cracks in furniture and tiles - nasty bedroom carpets and overall grim...,... Very noisy one night didn't complain didn't know who too - no information - reported to reception given night guard number next night very noisy reported to night guard eventually stopped. Have not let it ruin holiday.... However beware no restaurant - breakfast only but when asked about gluten free the reception said oh they probably won't know it a Jewish breakfast the have salads or go down the road to another hotel that's where my son goes ...... (No bacon ....). Shop in the hotel mainly Jewish food - very expensive otherwise. Pool + you have to walk through maintenance corridor to get to only small pool open larger area cut off with hazard tape - lots of rules that no one takes any notice off....Pool bar not owned by hotel - prices expensive too. Our bins in kitchen didn't get emptied for three days and no towels left once dirty ones taken away. Didn't hire car - valet parking again not owned by hotel - expensive. Apparently the condo's are lovely but we aren't in a one of those photos on website not a true one maybe 30years ago - be prepared - seriously I wanted to cry. This hotel needs to close whilst refurbishment is done.......

I stayed here for a week at the beginning of April for a week. I was in Miami for spring break. The hotel is oceanfront and the beach is right there so that was super fun. I stayed in an apartment and it was very spacious for everyone in my party. The view from my balcony had the ocean to one side and a city view to the other side which was very pretty. There was construction going on but they weren’t working on it at the time I was staying there. The bar above the pool has good drinks and food. The pool was spacious and pretty however they closed it way too early and would kick everyone out when the sun was setting.

This hotel was so dirty and disappointing we left early. The patio furniture was broken, the outlets and lights did not work, and the decor was 30-40 years old-including the carpet. One whole side of the building was under construction. In addition, most of the hotels in Miami Beach were under construction as well. Therefore, it was extremely loud with heavy machinery going all day long. At some point, this hotel may be nice once the reconstruction is completed, but at this point I would say skip it.

Everything about this was terrible. The carpet was stained, the furniture was so stained I would not even consider sitting on it. The room was filthy. Our refrigerator was rusted and didn't work. The door lock stopped working so they had to deactivate it with a regular key. I was informed by staff that the owners do not care and they just "put their heads in the sand." The waterfall was broken by the pool, there are exposed wires in the basement hallway that leads out to the pool which looks like an alley that you will be attacked in. The bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The pots and pans are chipping and disgusting. The valet outside was rude and wants to charge $30 per night without telling you there is much cheaper parking right next door. This hotel should not even be operational. I would run far away from this place!
