So we went for a drink two time and the price was different one time with service charge including and one no like you do after in America so I’m very disappointed about the waiters the guy with moustache was very rood this kind of people should not working in a public
My stay at Freehand was great! The hotel itself is really cute and has lots of character. Victor, at the concierge was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping did a wonderful job of tidying and changing sheets, towels etc. daily. The backyard is an oasis and has great nightlife. The only disclaimers are the WiFi isn’t the greatest and there’s no refrigerator in the room to keep your beverages cold but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to friends visiting Miami.
Omg this was an amazing experience from checking in and checking out. Victor was amazing my favorite part of staying at Freehand I had a dope group of roomies we clicked instantly. 2 of us got on the same cruise it was amazing. I had a drink Remy boys cause I’m from Jersey ❤️and The amazing street tacos in the restaurant. The pool set up with lights omg just a vibe. The accommodations are amazing I loved it.
Excellent hotel, I give it 5 stars because the staff really made my stay very pleasant, especially VICTOR, the front desk, who took care of all the requests we made and everything with exquisite speed and professionalism. As a negative point, the noise of the renovation in the morning, but everything else is excellent. Thank you, Freehand Miami. See you soon for shure!!!
This is one of the best hotels i ever been, the staff is amazing, the guy in the front desk, Victor, one of the most nice people i meet in miami, the only thing that we dont like was the noise in the morning due to the constructor work, besides that fantastic place
It was a really nice vacation. I have been there and the employees specialy Yadira from the front desk is really handsome. Little minus point was the age average. I thought that is a hostel for 20-30.
The place was great! The best was their Customer Service. The person that provided the excellent service was VICTOR. I highly recommend this hotel. I met new Friends as well. Great memories and place to stay. Thank You FreeHand Miami. Surely, will book again!
We got married at Freehand Miami in November 2022 and we had an amazing experience for our small to medium size wedding (65 guests). We leveraged the Broken Shaker for welcome drinks for early arrivals, the Secret Garden acted as a beautiful ceremony space that required little to no decorations, Restaurant 27 was used for our cocktail hour + dinner and the upstairs Eagle Room made for the perfect dance floor/ lounge setting. From planning through execution, Paige, the hotel and restaurant's Event Director, and her team managed flawlessly with a customer first experience at the heart of everything they did. Throughout the planning process, Paige was patient with all of my questions, connected me to all the necessary folks within her team depending on the need and what was most appreciated was the great flexibility they provided to make everything work. Some of the highlights below: Were flexible with outside vendors / food being allowed on premise i.e. coffee cart vendor + cuban pastries (even helped by providing plates and serving trays for items that weren't provided by their team) My mother has a particularly sensitive palette and can't handle any spice, the chef took notice and made her a milder version of anything she wanted (free of cost) They also offered my three year old godson a kid specific menu that I hadn't planned for free of charge All my guests RAVED about how delicious and plentiful the food was. Unlike most weddings where passed bites need to be hunted down, everyone complimented just how many options and how frequently folks passed by with more bites. Aside from the quantity, the quality was incomparable to anything you'd find at most banquet hall like venues - food was absolutely delicious and so flavorful (was especially appreciated by out of town folks who got to have a cultural experience with the latin american / caribbean fusion style menu) Guests were also astonished by the quality of service. All the employees were quite simply - happy to be there and happy to help you. They saved us (bride and groom) a special selection of food knowing we'd be all over the place hosting, they paid close attention to all of the guests night-of requests, etc. Guests also complimented how tasty the cocktails were (to no surprise) Something that stood out as extremely thoughtful and unique, we had left over cake and late night snacks and they packed individual to-go boxes and bagged them. I've NEVER heard of a venue doing this and they did so without even being asked Aside from the great food, drinks and service, I later learned from my day-of coordinator that there was a last minute emergency with our wedding ceremony floral backdrop (it fell 20 min before the ceremony started). The Freehand team jumped in to help our florist, brought all the necessary tools to help her put it back together right on time (above and beyond their scope of work) The venue itself requires little to no added decor assuming you're going for a boho, eclectic warm and cozy vibe. All around wonderful experience!…
Outdated and broken furniture, rooms smell like mold it smells like they don’t wash the filters in the tacky window unit air conditioner, I have pictures of cockroaches in the room, loud music until 4 am right outside the room, police in the property on more than one occasion, police in my room because a guest was robbed, then I was robbed. Someone broke into my locker. Hotel staff are not accommodating, did nothing to help with anything, the least they could have done was offer a drink. Management needs help.DO NOT STAY HERE
First of all, I understand this is Miami. Been in town 8 or 9 times both vacay and work so am familiar with the price level etc. But still. The room was 200 per night which in Miami isn’t that much but it’s still quite a lot (in many other places you get a very decent stay with 200 a night). The vibe of the place was weird: hostel meets drug house. If you’re in to that no problem and that did not buther me. What did was these 2 things: 1) the air cons they have are so old that the noise they make won’t let you sleep, not even with earplugs on (tried) 2) some of the stuff are incapable to even basic behavior: they don’t even say hi. All and all don’t recommend.
