Nautilus is my family's new favorite hotel. From the moment I checked in it was a wonderful experience. A girl named Natalie helped us and she was so accommodating to all of our needs. Other hotels in Miami are so mainstream but this hotel truly has character. From the room, to the pool to the delicious meals- everything was great....

We were vacationing with my four children throughout Florida. Miami is expensive (compared to Orlando) but this hotel is beautiful and the beach area was wonderful. My children enjoyed both the pool and the beach. Just watch out for the perks in the room. Everything is extra and expensive but there are stores a couple of blocks away to get...

The hotel is truly located at the center of South Beach. The staff at reception were extremely friendly & helpful as well. Did not try out the restaurant but breakfast was good, only tried the omelettes or toast with eggs. Very good service at the pool as well as excellent music. Only one negative remark: the airco needed a reset...

I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and the Nautilus has to be the best. The location is perfect, staff was amazing, the food was great. NOT ONE COMPLAINT! Kudos to their hiring department! I usually am very picky when staying at hotels and very little things bug me, but here, I was fully relaxed and enjoyed every...

I came to Miami to celebrate my birthday and I was extremely impressed with the staff more than anything else. The hotel is beautiful, but there isn't anything that can replace great service. Everyone was wonderful, especially Tabitha and the pool attendant with the NCAA championship ring (my apologies for not remembering the name). I worked in hospitality for 10 years...

From arrival to departure, from the pool and beach to the room, everything about this hotel just sparkles. But what makes it really GREAT is the helpful and caring staff. The pool area is staffed well, the good out there is excellent also. I must say it feels like these folks have an excellent training program and the feeling that...

The Nautilus has one of the most beautiful lobbys that I had seen in a long time. I felt like I had stepped back to a decadent time, with marble floors and art deco chandeliers. The sweet, permeating smell of sunshine wafted through the lobby and, instantly, I had transitioned from stressed Eric (beyond belief) to the Dalai Lama. I...

- The hotel is really beautiful and the location is perfect to visit South beach, nice staff. - The room was really clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 baby. - The bed is huge and comfortable, maybe the best I've ever seen. - Free access to the pool (warm) and to the beach with 2 sun loungers...
