Had a pleasant stay , rooms spacious and comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful, just around the corner is south beach itself and ocean drive, there are plenty of places for breakfast and we recomend Finnegans Irish Bar on Ocean Drive, about 1 minutes walk from Villas. Would stay again next time we go to Miami.

To be honest with you, my girlfriend and I did not enjoy our stay at the South Beach Plaza Villas very much. The pictures and descriptions on the internet were not indicative of what the property and rooms really look like. The hotel front deck, lobby, and bar all looked nice, but the middle area where the fountains are and...

Our stay was BAD! We reserved for 4 nights but preferred to pay penalty and stay just 1 night. The accommodation wasn’t luxurious like they told: The king room was very small; a 10 sqft bath is too much small; air conditioning direct to the bed is unusable at night; there was’nt any cupboard or glove compartement for clothes; the...

This hotel's website promised free continental breakfast, wireless internet connection, lush rooms with king sized beds but what we stayed in was the EXACT opposite. Microwave and Fridge Promises: =========================== The hotel website promised "MIcrowave and Fridge Available on request". We did request it and had proof of the same ( a printout of the reservation confirmation). Oh, but the...

Contrary to what is stated on their website, the rooms do not have coffee machines nor is there datport in the rooms. Wireless connection is available from the lobby at a charge of US$5.00/day. If you want ice, the front desk staff will direct you to the bar where you can buy ice for $4.00. The real kicker is there...

The room was halfway through renovation and not fit to be rented out- it stank of paint, the doors had just one coat of underpaint, the kitchen was not properly fitted - and although it had large flashy appliances there was no way of using any of it if we had wanted to -- there wasn't even a glass to...

Good place to stay. Reasonable rates. Connected to the Beach Plaza Hotel by a tropical garden. No problems whatsoever. Will stay there again

We reserved an apartment at The Brigham Gardens. It was a dump and cost $145 per night. We told the man at the desk we couldn't stay there and we're shown another "suite" - you had to walk through the laundry facility and basement area - once again we wouldn't stay there. The desk clerk, who was extremely helpful throughout...

Stayed here Nov. of 2003. To be fair, there are some good things about this place. It has nice plantings that make it feel sheltered from the street and an attractive lobby (the guest house is owned and managed by the adjacent hotel). We stayed in one of the apartments, which was on the expensive side for what you got...

Loved my stay at the Brigham Gardens - stayed with a friend in April 2002 and then, again, in July 2002. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect. 1 block away from the beach - the inn allows you use of a beach chair, umbrella, towels, etc. - laundry facilities, ironing materials, and the garden is a nice...
