Detailed Reviews
Arrived late and received a warm welcome. Stayed in room 202 on first floor to the right as you look at hotel from the street. Two large beds so ideal for son and me. Bathroom well provided for, but bizarre US attraction for sliding bathroom doors! Room did not have a desk/table to made working difficult
Great location and very near the beach and the restaurant for breakfast (eggs/bacon combo very good by the way).
Reception staff helpful especially with delayed check-out and safe storage of luggage.
No hidden charges as booked via Booking.com, fee as expected. The Resort fee is a general cost at all Miami Beach hotels....

The hotel is beautiful! Looks just as it dose in the pictures. I didn’t have much interactions with the staff but when I did they were helpful and nice.
The room was clean a large! Great TV. I was on the third floor and didn’t hear much noise!
The bed is very comfy
They provide breakfast at a Cuban restaurant on ocean drive! It’s lovely and just enough! But you can order more and pay for the extra if you need it.
5 minute walk for the beach
And let me have a late check out at 12
Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!
You can’t control the AC from your room and it’s on a timer and dose make a slight bang/thud when it comes on (made me jump the first two times I heard it until I realised what it was) which is about every 30/50 minutes. It would be better if you could control this from the room I tried to adjust it but it didn’t change, it didn’t wake me every time it came on in the night which was fine.
There’s a slight confusion upon checking with the resort fees, the hotel seems to think it’s not included in the booking but booking.com states when you book all taxes and fees are included in the booking. I was asked for the for upon checking in but I showed the email from my booking to say it was included and I had no problems and was not made to pay it again, but I did hear others in reception having issues with this, there is also a $100 per night deposit.

It is very nice and pleasant, you can take an easy photo session in the lobby. We went because we made the wrong reservation elsewhere and we wanted an emergency room, where they welcomed us without any problem.
It has coffee and water service 24 hours a day, and there is a place to sit outside for a while, terrace style, that overlooks Collins Street. The hotel gives you 2 bottles of water which I thought was fantastic since you can refill them.
Breakfast is in another hotel that works on par with this one, which is located right on Ocean Drive. Whose walk you can take in the morning, admiring the landscape and enjoying the sun. There are multiple options, at least 5, I am vegetarian and there were also options for me which I found fantastic. There were sweet and mixed salty options, plus you can refill coffee as many times as you want and the food is very delicious.
The room is very nice, and the bathroom is different from a traditional bathroom.
You have the right to lounge chairs and beach towels, which is close to the hotel where breakfast is taken. And it also has tourism or transportation services to discover, which if you wish to access you must consult at reception.
Unfortunately, the TV was bad, the sink was clogged, and the shower took a long time to heat the water. And just the night where we stayed, there was a very annoying noise that seemed to come from the ventilation duct that interrupted our sleep a bit.

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, very convenient for the beach and Lincoln Road.
water and coffee included in the price, very friendly staff. clean room.
mandatory around 35 euros per night for 2 sunbeds at a partner facility on the beach.
200 dollar deposit which is returned at the end of the stay
the only negative note was the breakfast to be taken in another hotel; exclusively American breakfast; the second morning at 9:00 they even ran out of milk......

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Staff is very attentive and hotel is clean. Just one block to the beach, and your stay includes a hot breakfast at a cafe one block away and 2 chairs on the beach! (Umbrella rented separately). This hotel is a bargain for the area. There were a few hidden fees—$25/day resort fee and about $20/day taxes not collected by our third-party reservation group. I’m sure this is typical for the area. Bring your earplugs, because voices carry. Definitely recommend!

Henrosa is a boutique hotel in the Art Deco style but recently renovated and offers excellent value for money, especially considering it is in Miami Beach. Perfect location on Collins Avenue, just steps from Lincoln Road and Espanola Way and… the beach!
In fact, chairs and towels are available within the resort fee. The room is small but comfortable, with cute decor, a minibar and a spacious bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast is served elsewhere, at the Hotel Cavalier, on Ocean Drive, also a few steps away, typical American cafe and not many options
There is no parking at the hotel, if you have a car, leave it in a public parking lot for US$20 per day, there is one nearby on 14th which is always crowded and another on 16th, very spacious and quiet. The hotel recommends a valet at the Z Oceans hotel, next door, but avoid it. In addition to costing US$40 per day, they charged us an additional US$30 because this amount would be for pick up until 12 am, and they did not inform us of this!
Apart from that, I highly recommend it
It would be even better if there was a place to dry beachwear.

We stayed a night in late January 2022. Hotel is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Hotel room is perfect for couples. Walking distance to beach and several restaurants, Breakfast at nearby restaurant was good.
Shower faucet is hung on ceiling in middle of shower. Hard to turn on and test water without getting wet. (Just a FYI. Not an issue or a problem).
Highly recommend this hotel. Provided beach towels and access to beach chairs. Reasonable price for area. Added charm since boutique hotel and not part of a chain. We arrived several hours early and staff was able to get us a room without too much wait.

The hotel is quite simple, decorated like a boutique hotel. And from what I saw it has better prices than others nearby. For a hotel the night before a cruise, it fully complies. Considering that it also leaves you in the middle of South Beach, I didn't find it that expensive.
Reception staff is bilingual so you won't have problems if you don't speak English.
The only "strange" thing is that you have to order breakfast at another hotel owned by the owners (Cavalier, which is a couple of blocks away on Ocean Drive).
Another item I missed in the room was a chair. It has something similar but it is to place the suitcase.
The rooms have air conditioning, wifi and cable TV. The shower is spacious and accessible.
You have unrestricted access to cold, hot and ice water from the hotel lobby. They also provide you with towels if you want to go to the beach.
Something I missed is that they provided power outlet adapters. I was with my travel adapter so I didn't have to ask for it.

This is easily the worst hotel stay ever. Everything is broken. Every time something breaks, instead of fixing it, they suggest moving us to another room; we’ve already moved rooms once during this stay and really do not have the energy to do it again. The AC hasn’t worked in either of the rooms we’ve had. The toilet broke in our first room. The absolute worst part is the windows do not open in any room in this hotel. Today housekeeping came and used heavy duty cleaners and our room smells terrible but there’s no way to air it out because the AC doesn’t work and the window doesn’t open. There’s literally no way to get fresh air. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where there are no windows - this is more like a prison than a hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel is smaller. Nice vibe and there’s a terrace you can sit outside at. The tv could use more channels, it’s pretty basic. The location is good but the room I had was small. If driving you have to find a parking garage , 1 block down $40 a day

Sorry have just seen this message. Yes there is parking in a secure park a couple of minutes walk from the Hotel. To be honest I cannot remember the cost but it was very reasonable and we extended ours for a few hours. We were very happy with the service.
Hi we do not have a pool onsite, however we do offer 2 beach chairs for the beach and towels. If you are requesting a pool please reach out to us directly to see if we can accommodate this request at one of our neighboring hotels
Hi, There are no hidden fees. All fees that are additional aside from your rate are mentioned when you book your reservation. Aside from the room rate, you pay a daily resort fee of $25 per room. This fee includes premium channels, wifi, breakfast, 24/7 coffee, water bottles in room, beach towels and 2 beach chairs. I hope I was able to answer your question
