Nice park for long term stay. Good rates, park activities, heated outdoor pool, close to many attractions and restaurants in the Miami and Homestead areas. Park has about 200 RV sites and an adjacent park with a lake (and swimming area in the summer).

The Park was clean and quiet with full hook-ups for our Airstream. It was easy to get in an out and the restrooms were very clean. We also took a nice bike ride around the lake bordering the campground. The only negatives are the left turn out of the campground when towing a

We spent 4 nights at this Miami-Date County campground while visiting family in the area. We were there just after Hurricane Irma. The park staff had admirably cleaned up and had the sites/amenities back to their pre-hurricane state. We were impressed! This is a large campground

Was wondering about s tent site price please ?
I think the tent camping price was about $17. You will need a $10 cash deposit for the sign they give you to show that you've registered to camp there. You get the $10 back when you check out.

What are some of the best sites to stay long term?
Any of the pods would be good with the exception of 10 and 11. The park really does range from the best to the really bad. As I understand for long term in a great site you will have be there for at least three years.

"Pods 1 through 9 only"
"N/A--this is a campground (not a hotel); recommend selecting a site that is closer to the showers/bathrooms if you don't want a little walk."
"If you want an unobstructed view of surrounding park go for pod one sites 10-15."
"Not near the back fence! Kids band practice and gym class."
