Arrived in the afternoon after a long flight The noise from the road works outside ( this work is due to continue for at least 6 months ! Was diabolical Continuously hammering away from 8am to 6-30pm Also the hotel is located alongside a very busy road with heavy traffic Ordered 2 burgers and fries at 5pm and finally ate our meal at 6-45 First meal was sent back after arriving - cold So disappointed so be aware

Thank you very much for posting this review, I am sorry to hear we had to disturb you during your stay. Certainly the city is working on some improvements around this area that will end up with a nice attraction in Miami. I am truly sorry to hear your recent experience at the restaurant was not perfect in every way. We all try very hard to make it right for our guests and take it seriously when we under perform. With this in mind, rest assured I will certainly look into all matters listed internally and by all means please do contact me directly ahead of your future stay so I can ensure you are very well looked after. Once again, thank you. Gemma Reyes Guest Services Director Gemma.Reyes@thegabrielmiami.com

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed in all types of locations and room types, this hotel is really very pretty and my view is stunning:)). Got here very early and they we’re able to accommodate an early check in for my two rooms. This was great after an overnight flight. My only reason for the 4 star is due to their restaurant, I would give them a 0 star. We had breakfast off the menu, not the buffet, ordered my eggs poached and the waiter was not sure if they did that so I was totally fine with over very easy, dad got same dish. The eggs were over well, he said they can’t do poached. We never got the fruit we ordered, I asked for decaf coffee and was served tea, had to repeatedly ask for water and more coffee, slow to come... The people behind us were told they could get poached eggs, by a different waiter. So not sure what was up with that. Finally got new eggs after we were almost done with our meal. I decided to give a try for an early dinner and the staff was horrible, all chatting and on their phones, after waiting 45 minutes for our burger and shrimp tacos, they were cold. I sent back the taco my dad ate his burger because he was starving. I got my new tacos about 20 minutes after my dad started eating. And again I felt like I had to beg for water. On top of the bad food and service I’m not sure why there is an 18% automatic gratuity (added after the tax) on each check. I typically will leave 25% for good service and more for great service but I always leave 10% when the food/service is poor. Unfortunately the server and cook are rewarded for sub-par service. I would recommend staying here but avoid this onsite restaurant at all cost.

Recent pre and post cruise visit to The Gabriel. What a great find! Lovely hotel, professional and friendly staff, comfortable room and a wonderful restaurant, Cvltvra. The restaurant was a great bonus. Lunch and Dinner were of exceptional quality and taste. A great buzz around the place. A wonderful swimming pool at a good temperature. Must give mention to Micheal on the Front Desk for his welcoming and accommodating personality. A real find in Miami and will definitely return when next in Miami.

Nice property, rooms are big and comfortable although poorly lit. Floors are a tad of a labyrinth and one easily gets lost. Staff is nice. Room service menu is very limited, but the quality/price is good. Wi-fi at this location is excellent.

Toiletries were incomplete, room safe was inoperable and buffet breakfast was a joke. The lacking attention to detail not acceptable for the class of property. We did have drinks and appetizers in the bar later in the day and was pleasantly surprised with the food.

What I can remember there was no closing time for the pools. We went there (to take some pics) late one evening, and that was no problem. Not a 100% sure though.

Hello, honestly I am not quite sure. We were only interested in Post Malone Concert being held at the American Airlines Arena, 10 minutes walking from Gabriel. My gosh is the hotel amazing! Highly recommend. Sorry I could not help!
