This is a very modern and pretty new hotel located in the heart of Brickell and one block away of Brickell Avenue. It has a very huge mall next door. Rooms are very techy and nice with very good spaces. It has 2 bars at the roof with wonderful view and good service.

Positives: Sensational room - potentially the most impressive in which I have ever stayed. So modern and hi-tech etc. Incredible balcony. The most amazing hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Nice pool area outside. Good bar on the top floor. Helpful staff. Linked to a good shopping mall. Can’t imagine there’s an all round better hotel in Miami. Negatives: Parking at $40 a night was a bit steep, and might have expected an indoor pool/sauna/steam room?

We appreciate your comments on your recent stay. Loved that you enjoyed our zen vibe and tech aspects, as well as outlets nightlife lounges and amenities. Valet parking is equal to all other high caliber properties set in congested metropolitan areas, and it includes unlimited in/out privileges for your convenience. Many other cities like LA, NYC, SFO, CHI, have much more expensive valet fees.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I travel a lot. This place is beautiful. Check in was easy. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Modernistic yet casual feel. Bed was amazing. The worst part of the experience was the futuristic elevator management. I highly recommend this place. Close to everything downtown and very nice accommodation.

Was visiting for a 3 day conference. My wife joined me. We really enjoyed it! Lovely room, comfortable, great staff, really no complaints. They did a good job of the conference too and it’s connected to a great shopping mall. Thank you East!

Beautiful hotel and my room was beautiful but so many things went wrong I don't even know where to start.... Check in was slow and rude. She didn't tell me anything about the hotel or show me how to use the elevator (which is fairly complex). She didn't even smile. The lights over the vanity in my washroom were pulsing and there was no switch to turn them off (switch didn't work). I asked for someone to fix it and no one did. I was in the shower one night and all the lights in my room turned off. Pitch black. I was covered in soap and had to feel my way around to turn my room lights back on. I called down to valet 15 minutes before I needed my car. When I got down to lobby, no car. The valet claimed not to have known. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring it up. Was very late to a client meeting. There are no plugs at all near the work station in the room. You have to charge your phone and laptop on the bed only - makes no sense! When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was, no one asked me the entire 3 nights and 4 days I was there. I find this appalling considering the cost and the supposed caliber of this hotel. I would NEVER stay here again. Looks are very deceiving
