This hotel is aging and no longer worthy of being called a Hilton. The rooms are musty, smelling like it's the 1970s. They charge $30 a day for self parking, despite it just being a ground level open air lot. And they only provide maid service every fourth day. Covid is over folks, if you're not going to provide service you shouldn't charge Hilton full service hotel rates. There were no amenities to speak of and when I asked for a simple comb at the front desk they didn't have one. I could hear the person next door, the walls are thin. I can't wait to leave, and should have stayed somewhere else.
My family and I stayed here recently after a cruise that left out of Miami. It was a reasonable uber ride to the hotel from the port and a convenient location near the airport for our flight out the next day. The hotel staff were lovely and made us feel welcome right away. We arrived early and had to wait for a room to be available but were able to use the pool and other amenities while we waited. The pool is large and enjoyable and there is a pool bar as well. My kids were fascinated with the iguanas that were in the landscape around the pool area. We had a great view from our room of the lagoon and we could watch the planes from the airport come and go. There is a restaurant and quick food options in the lobby and lots of restaurants in the area deliver. The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes and was easy to hop on and go to the airport. Overall a wonderful experience and we will stay here again in the future.…
Parking is great- very near the airport, but with a few issues. 1. the parking is good, but everytime the entering and leaving the parking did not work properly so could be quite slow, as no one hardly manged to get the barriers to open automatically. 2. The suites are very nice, but do need some TLC, pity as they are lovely. 3. the "allowance" diamond club members get did not even cover a fruit juice and coffee, so a free breakfast for diamond club members it is not ! Thanks all eth same.
Me and 3 other family members stayed 2/25 for one night. In a little more than an hour we only saw one shuttle, which was packed so full we couldn’t get on.Ended up taking an Uber from the airport for $50. Got to the hotel and the only restaurant open was The Cove. My daughter and I sat for 10 min at the bar waiting to be acknowledged. The bar tender noticed us but didn’t say anything. All we wanted was food after our long journey from Cleveland. We ended up ordering from an Italian menu that was slid under our door. What a mistake. We spent $80 on food that we tried to eat but couldn’t. Our room had 2 queen size beds, was over $400 for one night. You would think the generic small bottled water (2 total) would be free but instead they were $3 a piece.
We had stayed there once before purchasing the pre cruise package. We did so again. Front desk staff and concierge were very professional. We had a light dinner there and service and food was excellent. Breakfast buffet and staff were also excellent. Our room was clean and was as it should be. Our only negative was the elevators were scummy and dirty, each time. The shuttle bus to cruise pier was organized and on time. Driver was very good.
It’s nice, clean and close to the airport. They have a shuttle bus which brings you to/from airport. It’s very convenient. Though it can be a bit of problem when checking in, simply because of the traffic they have. Nonetheless, it has a lot of other perks. Being right off the Dolphin Expressway makes it easy to get to various places. Yr not far from downtown, Miami Beach and Coral Gables. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity to chose from. The staff has always been friendly the countless times that I have visited. Highly recommended if it’s one/two days and then catching a flight.
This place is a dump. Needs a complete renovation. Nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The bed sheets were dirty with stains all over. The room is outdated and hallways falling apart. Pool tiles are loose and moving when stepping on them. Do not stay here!
Great location for the airport. Really good nights sleep and woke up to a great breakfast. Front desk were very helpful and sorced us a taxi to the cruise port. In terms in value for money it was well worth every penny.
Do you have an email address I can contact you on please as I left something in my room on Sunday 26th Feb & I would like to know if it has been found. I am on a cruise ship & unable to phone. I had a lovely stay at your hotel service & room were high standard.
Our hotel room is nothing like the reviews! It is beaten down, not the cleanest and we have had to call for bedding change as the linens are stained. Not to mention the faux leather headboard is shredded. I wish people had been honest on the reviews because we would have never stayed here!
