Excellent hotel to stay in before a cruise. This was our second time here and we were not disappointed. Shuttle from airport took about 30 minutes but friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very crowded but the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. The hotel...

Stopped here for an overnight layover and it worked out well after navigating the mob scene at MIA. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes from hotel on the hour and half hour and had to turn folks away in morning due to being full, so plan ahead. Room service was basic with condiment packages. The usual great breakfast and manager's...

Please avoid this hotel in Miami, FL. They actually had people come knock on my door after I checked in to count the number of guests in the room. I am African American. When I went down there because I had extra, they told me we were not allowed to stay or we needed to pay the extra. Another AA...

While traveling on our 20th wedding anniversary, from Chicago to St. Kitts, through Miami, we found ourselves unexpectedly stranded in Miami. Our flight from Chicago to Miami was forced to circle briefly around the Miami airport due to a fast-moving severe storm. Finally, an attempted landing was aborted - and our flight was diverted to Fort Lauderdale for 2.5 hours,...

We choose this property prior to our Cruise after reading several reviews. We were allowed to check in early after an early morning flight, thanks to the kind staff. The rates were higher than other Embassy Suites we have stayed at during vacations and business trips. This hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from South Beach....

This hotel was perfect for my baseball trip with friends. Close to the airport, a short drive to Marlins Park, and convenient to other Miami area destinations. The rooms were nice sized, with a living area, separate bed room, and bathroom. My only complaint was that the light over the table in the living area wasn't bright enough. The staff...

We stayed here prior to our cruise. Great Experience! Large room, close to the Cuban area of Miami and the Port and Airport. They have a cruise package where you can park for the week ad stay overnight and it is only $125 when we booked. They were very friendly and had great customer service. Room was clean and beds...

I have stayed in many Embassy Suites properties around the country and this was my worse experience. The "attitude" of one of the front desk "girls" was over the top haughty. The hotel was busy due to a late departure with a cruise ship. The guests were acting pretty calm actually (most of us are seniors) The restaurant staff and...
