I stayed here because this was the site of the awards banquet I was attending. Service both nights at the bar was horrible. The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and the staff could not do enough to help us . Our only disappointment was they did not have the drinks we wanted at the bar but there was a fabulous bar/ r esteraunt next door.

Love the hotel. No wifi. Have stayed here twice Room service is awesome. People are nice. Wifi was a serious problem for me leaving the work part of my trip a nightmare. Other than that I give the hotel a solid 4

This hotel is very nice and is close to the airport. Taxi and shuttle service are quick and inexpensive. Rooms are nicely decorated and there are plenty of places throughout the hotel to hold short meetings. However, I found it inconvenient to be able to rise early and have a light breakfast in the hotel as the restaurant doesn't open...

This hotel is convenient to the airport, which is good and bad... Noise is definitely a drawback as a result. The room and decor were a bit outdated, although comfortable. Like many older rooms, it was a bit starved for electrical outlets, which made charging computers and phones a bit of a challenge. The bathroom was cramped. The toilet seat...

This hotel is somewhat dated and a little shop-warn; however, the rooms are very clean and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here one night, and then went to Key West for a night, then back to the Regency for the night before our cruise. The hotel kept our big suitcases for us, charging only $1.00...

The first warning is that there is a 10' high chain link fence around the property. Near the airport with regular shuttle bus on the hour and half hour. I had called the hotel the day before as we knew we would be very late getting in. Shuttle was right there when we came out of the airport terminal at half past midnight. Check in very easy and friendly as we had been up since 5am...
