1. I liked: Free WiFi Great location Balcony Server at the bar lounge was exceptional Study table with that comfortable chair. Comfortable bed In room dining Miami is beautiful and there is a lot of activities to partake on at your leisure. 2. I didn’t like: Front desk customer service very poor. Language barrier with housekeeping when asking for fresh towels and an iron. 2 Awful tiny pillows for King size bed instead of 4 large pillows, no bed runner and no Regency logo cushion as the pictures on their website. No balcony table. No water bottle for junior suite. No housekeeping room service during my stay. No breakfast on Monday and Tuesday and no one told me! Only found out on Monday while trying to dine. The balcony light was out. Balcony door handle broken. Used face towel from previous guests hanged on shower rail. The room felt musky with a weird odor, didn’t seem or smelled fresh and clean. No iron in the room. No robe. Bar fridge was not plugged and was dirty inside. Bed side lamp damaged. In room dining menu needs an upgrade to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies and food preferences. I did of coarse talk to the lady at front desk and she told me that they ran out of robes, she said she had no idea about the water in the junior suite, she put in the work order for the balcony door handle, extra pillows were to be delivered shortly but didn’t arrive till the next day at noon, I called for the iron the next day and was delivered shortly, I asked for my room to be serviced and the housekeeping lady said no! I then asked for fresh towels since she was cleaning the room across mine she said i will need to go to the front desk for that. I’m not able to attach the video🤦🏾‍♀️I don’t know why🤷🏾‍♀️

I Booked & paid for A room for my teenage daughter who was traveling home on an international repatriation flight due to a death in the family. I spoke directly with the hotel staff prior to booking and made them aware of this and also that my daughter would only need someplace to shower and nap before getting her connecting flight. She arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning and was told the hotel would not accept her because they were “closed” and not accepting new guests but DIDN’T BOTHER TO INFORM ME/HER OF THIS IN ADVANCE. I reached out to the hotel manager by phone & email and have to hear even an apology from her, a week later. Absolutely reckless that they didn’t notify us in advance and put my daughter at great risk by sending her out AGAIN in another cab to another hotel that we had no idea what to expect when she arrived and did not offer car service to the airport. Despicable

This hotel experience was a chain of unfortunate events. The customer service was inconsistent and slow. There was only one cordial front desk person that took our call after being hung up on and transferred a myriad of times. The alleged ice machine on the 6th floor is inexistent. There were two flimsy pillows on the bed, no soap or coffee, two gross looking towels, etc. The fridge had a candy wrapper and old salad dressing inside. The elevator is slow as hell and stops on random floors. Most people are not wearing masks and are congregating. The floor is a sticky mess, the hotel crew is extremely disorganized. Makes you think, “who trained these people?” Disgusting. Never again. Don’t waste your money.

Got to the hotel and it looked okay outside but the problem was it was very old inside. Riding the elevator was an experience in itself whether it was even going to get you to the floor you wanted. I was looking for ice and the sign in the elevator said it was on the 3rd floor. Looked everywhere, but No ice. Asked staff and they told me it was on the 4th floor. The room was very dated. Small TV on the wall, old furniture, etc.. The people there were polite but did not really seem to fully understand when people are trying to talk or complain. The breakfast buffet tlooked really good in the description with a good selection of items, but when I came down to eat the buffet there were a lot of things missing they substituted some things but basically not very not very much and not very good quality overall I cannot recommend this place. It was rated 3stars. I would have trouble giving it 2 stars for what they charged me.

We had to call the hotel to find out when the shuttle was arriving... the front desk person was not very helpful, and did not speak English that well. We waited quite a while for the shuttle to arrive. When it DID arrive, it was full... and we had waited around an hour already. The driver said he would return.... after another 20 minutes, we took an Uber to the hotel. The hotel was a normal hotel... nothing fancy, but nice. A cute little bar was there too, and they actually had some great beer selections. Our room was acceptable. We wanted to go to the nearby casino, and the front desk person did not know about the casino shuttle, even though there was a sign telling us there was one.... we walked there, and the walk was very doable... around 3/4 mile. WE felt safe, but I doubt I would walk it alone. We were glad we checked out with the front desk because there was food and beverage charges on our room that we did not make. The manager at the front desk was accommodating, and removed them promptly. Would I stay here again? Yes... but make SURE that you have the Uber/Lyft app on your phone because the shuttle service is SPOTTY at best, and check out at the front desk to insure you do not have extra charges on your bill.
