Stayed here two years in a row for 4th of July week for my wife's birthday. Both times, rooms were great. Great view of Bayshore, full length balcony. Unfortunately, this year the service was terrible outside of the lady who helped us at check in (Thalia). When we got to our, it was hot due to the thermostat was out. Maintenance came up in a timely manner and fixed the problem, so not a big issue. Then the next day, we found out the fridge was barely cold after shopping for groceries. This time it took nearly 45-50 minutes for maintenance to get to the room. After looking at the fridge, said they could not fix it and needed to call specialist. Luckily, the freezer worked and we could keep our items cold but definitely nuisance to have to keep taking items out so they would not freeze. Called the front desk on Friday to accommodate us and the other couple for the inconvenience, they said we had to wait for manager to arrive. They would have the manager call us when she get's in. Come Sunday, never received call from manager so I went to the front desk and made same request and received same answer. After I left a bad rating on my stay feedback, I finally received a call from a manager. In the end, I was told they could not accommodate me with a discount on my stay because they already closed the stay and cut the share of check to the owner of the condo. AND WHY IS THIS MY PROBLEM? Long story short, rooms are nice but me and my wife will not stay here ever again due to their terrible customer service.…
Very nice stay and a great breakfast before you head out. Great deal with parking and transportation to cruise ship. Be SURE you set up return transportation back to the hotel before your cruise. Nice sitting areas inside and out.
The reception staff were very rude, none of the TV's in the room worked, no hot water in one of the bathrooms, the room was not very clean, we continually waited up to 30 minutes for an available elevator and the coffee creamer in the room was sour. I stay exclusively in Hilton properties and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Tracked to the area for work and this hotel was AMAZING. The staff, especially Anne was beyond helpful with confirming my room was clean and safe, provided list of restaurants and what was going on in the area due to the Covid 19. Will be back for sure ! Nice location with plenty of shops and connected to a Marina
I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many hotels - this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely far from Hilton quality. I wasn’t able to check in until after 4 (whatever, not a huge deal) but once I got to my room it was filthy. All table tops were super dirty (they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months), furniture was falling apart, floor was dirty, crumbs on all seating areas, the shower was disgusting and the toilet was still full of urine from the previous guest. I went to the front desk and complained and they switched me to another room. That room was also filthy. Again, dirty floor, bathroom, countertops, table tops, etc. I was scared to touch anything and felt disgusting the whole time being there. I also did not feel safe whatsoever. It was torture being there and I could not wait to go home! Honestly, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!…
