The apartments are good located, they have a lot of space, i loved the high ceilings. Nico was really nice and welcoming. We stayed in one apartment that didn't have a view to the Bay. It was a little dark. I think it is a new place, you can noticed that there are missing some things (for example; you have an oven, but there is no tray or plate to use it!) We stayed for 9 nights, I thought they would included some room cleaning in the middle, in order to change the bed linen and towels, but if you want it you have to pay extra. They give us some clean bed linen, but we had to wash the towels. These are details that make the difference. I understand if you stay one o two nights, but for 9 it should include some cleaning. The valet parking was really good, it was fast and the men that worked there were always really nice.…
We booked this for a casual couples weekend away as the photos looked fabulous! When we got there we could see that it wasn't located in the best of areas but not to worry as we were gonna be chilled in the room most of the time.... This didn't work out! The room was incredibly tired looking, from grubby paintwork to tired furniture, certainly nothing like the brochure! We left some items in the room and as soon as we got home contacted the hotel but they said nothing was there, thus accusing me of lying! I wouldn't recommend, go further south or closer to Miami beach if you want a NICE stay!
We had a partial view of the bay which was still very beautiful. We found the apartment adequate for our needs. There were 2 sofa beds in the living areas and a king size bed in the one bedroom. The washroom was off of the master bedroom so other guests had to enter through the bedroom which at times was inconvenient, but miner hiccup. The apartment was clean. There was a tv in the living area as well as one in the bedroom. Simply decorated but very nice. Kitchen was convenient though we did not cook here. Full size fridge and stove. Had 3 or 4 of each dishes and pots and pans. Minimum for cooking but better than a hotel room. Bedding was clean. Washer and dryer in the closet so we could launder our own towels as needed as well as clothes. They supply the laundry soap, tea, coffee, toilet paper etc just as if they were a hotel. If you run low, just ask. We found the staff to be more than helpful. The valet parking was convenient, only had to wait 2 minutes for them to bring our car. Valet is $15.00 per day but compared to other places I have stayed, it was reasonable. This is a non smoking property, you will be fined for smoking in the rooms or on balconies. The apartment was central to so many places so travel tie was minimal wherever we went. I would recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.…
First of all, they DON'T tell you that you have to pay $35 dollars a day for parking! The place is filthy. We arrived late at night, exhausted and couldn't wait to get to bed. Upon arrival, we pushed back the sheets and there were hairs on the sheets and pillowcases. We went to get towels to place on the mattress and pillows because we were so disgusted, they only provided 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel. Because we used the towels to cover the bed, we had no towels to shower in the AM. Had to ask for them to change the sheets and provide more towels. There floors were filthy. The remote for the tv in the bedroom wouldn't turn the tv on and wouldn't control the volume. Not a big deal but sucked having to get up to shut the tv when your sleepy! The TV in the living room didn't work at all. Wouldn't connect to the receiver. The "waterview" was of the bay but not in front of you. The view was of the parking lot and a wall! The walls inside the rooms were all scuffed up! We complained to the guy in the reception area, he could care less! THANK GOD we were only there for two nights, couldn't wait to get out of there! Save yourself the headache and get a place at a reputable hotel!…
