I’m not sure why this is called the Conrad Miami. This hotel seems like an average city center Hilton. It’s a bit grubby, the air con is poor, the rooms are cramped and it feels tired like most US Hilton’s. Save your money and go somewhere else if you’re looking for the special touch.

If this hotel was branded as a Hilton, I’d say it was a pretty good property and give it 4 stars. As a Conrad it falls way short.

Location is good, in Brickell finance district and within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants etc. About 30 minutes in a taxi to South Beach depending on traffic.

Rooms were average. Decent size for a city centre hotel, but a little tired and nothing special. The bathroom was disappointing with a very strange shallow bathtub. Not luxury in any way.

Breakfast was below the standard I’d expect from even a Hilton, let alone a Conrad. No live cooking stations and the range was generally very limited. As a diamond I got free continental breakfast but it was $12 extra to upgrade to full. We didn’t bother as there really wasn’t much to tempt us in the full breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was above average for a hotel with a good range of free weights.

Bottom line, don’t pay over the odds expecting a top class hotel. Really not sure how Hilton allow this to be branded as a Conrad as it brings down the image of the whole brand. We went from here to the Conrad Fort Lauderdale which is in a different league and actually feels like a luxury hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times, and everytime the service, room and views were great. Location is also good right next to MetroMover and within walking distance from several good restaurants.

WiFi is a bit pricy in my opinion and so is the parking fee, but besided from that it's a great place.

We stayed 3 nights pre cruise at the Conrad.
Location wise, it was great, 20 minutes from the airport, the surrounding neighbourhood is safe and well maintained.
We were greeted warmly at reception and given rooms on the 16th & 19th floors. Both rooms were nicely decorated and spacious.
The complimentary coffee in the reception was very welcome and the view from the terrace especially early in the mornings was stunning. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

All members of staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.

Just to add the metromover has a stop directly opposite the hotel. Ideal for getting around downtown and it's free!
Thank kizzabel

Across from the hotel is a type of monorail and it can take you from this stop to Bayside very quickly 5-7mins. We only learnt About this on the day we left the Hotel. A taxi was quite expensive considering the distance. If... More

It's about a 5 minute Uber or you can take the metro mover. Not walking distance.
