I went with my partner and we were overall impressed with this hotel. The view was amazing and the staff were excellent. Everywhere we went around the hotel, we were amazed by the view and cleanliness. We went for my birthday and was definitely worth it. Even though I expressed this when I checked in, I wish the staff would...

In April, my wife and I and another couple spent 3 great days at the Mandarin Oriental. I was the only one who had been to Miami previously so we wanted to stay near the restaurant district but not on the beach. This hotel was perfectly located for us. The cab ride from the airport was less than $30 and...

Located on a small island close to downtown Brickell. Very exclusive and hi quality on every aspect in the property. Very nice rooms, restaurant and bar. Perfect for a weekend escape and enjoy luxury.

From the time you arrive, the excellent demeanor of the vallet continues through all facets of the staff. Stayed at the Atlantis and have been to Bora Bora. Service at the Mandarin Oriental was better. The live music in the lobby was exceptional as well as the food throughout. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back. And I live 4...

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The property is situated on a man-made island in Miami. The community is upscale and primarily affluent, so very little excitement around the property. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

As expected, this hotel lives up to the Mandarin Oriental brand name; from the common areas, restaurants, spa and the room itself, there’s not much to say… Sunday brunch can rival just about anything out there… The Peruvian Extravaganza at La Mar by Gaston Acurio was more than a pleasant surprise. If you’re not familiar with Peruvian cuisine; this is...

Hotel is nice (and aged some) with great views from the room, pool and lobby bar. The pool is small, but big enough for a dip on a sunny day. Nice set up outside on the beach, but with no access to the water. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a weekend.

If you are tired of South Beach, this is the perfect place for you in Miami. Spa is always good. Service is considerate. The best part is that they have breakfast till 1130. What's more, I slept very well that day!

The hotel and amenities were very good. The service and follow thru were very average, 3 star at best. We travel often and stay in 5 star hotels all over the US and overseas. This was not 5 star service. The location is very good.

Hotel was 5 star, but the pricing was a bit over the top. Expected more for the money. Staff was double 5 star, they were the stars. Room was not. Would give value of money spent 2 stars, but service 10.
