We recently visited the Mandarin for a long weekend post Thanksgiving day. From the moment we arrived, service was exceptional. Special acknowledgement to Jessica at the front desk and Gerald at the lobby bar. We had a junior suite on the 6th floor with beautiful bay and city views. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We received great tips from the...

The Mandarin Oriental exceeded my expectations for a luxury hotel in Miami. From the facilities to the restaurants and the incredible views of the Miami skyline, this is THE hotel for both business and leisure in Miami. The hotel turned my ho-hum business trip into an unforgettable experience. It's resort living within a short stroll to Miami's business center.I'm looking...

We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite when the hotel learned we were staying as part of a significant wedding anniversary. The rooms had every conceivable ultra modern convenience. We felt. Totally spoiled. That said the Peruvian restaurant had a menu which you could not read in the dark and the food was a bit complicated for...

There were Manatees and dolphins in the water below our balcony. The Mandarin Oriental was our weekend home after we'd been indulged on a 10 day...

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. All our needs were meet with style. Upon our arrival we were personally greeted by the hotel manager, Mr. Robert Lowe. He assured us to contact him if we had questions or concerns! What a nice touch!

My original plan was to stay at a famous 4* on Coconut Grove for the two nights, but a discounted offer from MO - a 5* island hotel situated close to downtown Miami - made it an easy choice to switch. Original impressions of the lobby appeared to be on a par with the very best from more modern resorts...

Notable how Front Office Managers Oscar Olivas & Jakub Kokandrle handeled my reservation and treatment. Breathtaking upgrade to suite 1905 #JustPerfect. All Staff's patience and persistence when the Hotel is fully booked is admirable. It was a must for us to stay around Brickel Key. Coming back soon for sure!
