    Very nice hotel in a great location. It was across the street from a Publix and several restaurants for getting food and anything you needed. Nice pool in the hotel. We came in on a Friday and we're invited to a managers reception. Very nice buffet and friendly staff. Breakfasts were included and had average Hampton Inn selections. Shuttle to the cruise pier in April cost $10 per person. Very quick and stress free ride to the pier. The hotel even offered us umbrellas to use while headi g over to Publix. There is a sundry shop that sold treats and even beer and wine. Free shuttle from airport to hotel. Our room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in Miami again . Very friendly staff at desk and during breakfasts.

    This is a typical Hampton Inn - Two couples coming in to Miami the day before cruise. Unfortunately for us, we had chosen the same weekend as the Super Bowl and All of the Miami hotels were triple their normal price and many were full. We found a suite room for 4 (one king bedroom and living area with full fold-out couch, kitchenette, table and chairs) here. What makes the hotel so great is the staff. We were greeted with friendly smiles and allowed to check into our room early at no extra fee (we are Hilton honors members). Friday evening there was complimentary finger foods and drinks in the breakfast area with live music! A solo singer, guitar/harmonica player who did many of our favorite songs and a serving staff who put out a beautiful display of appetizers with wine, beer. Delightful! The next morning the same server staff was up and again with smiles and a beautiful breakfast buffet (omelets, potatoes, waffles,bacon, oatmeal, dry cereals, bagels, fresh fruits, muffins, sweet rolls, and even Mimosas!) Because it was Super Bowl weekend they had even decorated with Chiefs and 49ers paper plates, napkins and balloons. Again, the staff made it great - smiles and all checking to make sure we had plenty! Many thanks especially to Nora, Lola, and Aime for all of their hospitality. And congratulations to the hotel manager for hiring such great people! Even though the cost was high due to the Super Bowl weekend rates, there was good value. Would definitely stay here again.

    Jammed at the Airport look no further!
    Our flight cancelled And we needed a hotel. We only had a few items in our carryon as we weren’t expecting to be stuck in Miami for the night. BOTTOM LINE: Hotel is great. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Grocery store across the street, along with a lot of restaurant choices including a good Cuban restaurant. All within a few minute walk. They also provide toothbrush and toothpaste if needed. Very clean hotel. Bathrooms are brightly lit. Plus they also have filtered water on the second floor so they’re not trying to kill the environment selling you $3 bottles of water. I’m now a Hampton fan whenever I need a room. They were great to us when we were out of options and for that I will always seek them out when needed.

I was harassed and followed by a lady named Nora. She told me that Jenny send her to harass my husband and me. Unacceptable behavior from this hotel employees. I don’t recommend ever staying here. They don’t have to follow guest and harass people. I felt being stalked by these people. No respect or curiosity behavior. Asking me what room am I staying at and she was flirting with my husband. Unacceptable behavior from these employees. They need to respect all customers who come to be at peace and not harassed. They should never work for Hilton. They put an ugly name for this company!! Without the customers there’s no Hilton.

Hotel's Favorite

After arriving at the hotel via the airport shuttle which was prompt, I had already checked in via the Hilton app, but wanted to make sure there was nothing else I needed to do. I believe it was Jen G. at the front desk and she was very helpful. She set up the Port of Miami shuttle for my family and gave us our free items that we get as Hilton members (which is free to sign up for so I highly suggest it). All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I needed extra towels late in the evening and they were more than willing to assist. They also had paper plates and plasticware near their front desk if needed. The free breakfast offered a large selection of waffles, breads, fruits, coffee, juices and many more items. If you need anything last minute, there is a Publix store across the street. The street is busy, but there are crosswalks. Also nearby that you don't need to cross the street for are a Starbucks, Chipotle, Panda Express and some local places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Miami area. If we cruise again out of Miami, it will be a no brainer where we stay.

The hotel looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and welcoming. Was family friendly as I was traveling with 3 kids. The breakfast had a nice variety of options. A worker named Gio and I believe his full name was Giovanni checked us in and and helped up throughout the day. His customer service skills are amazing and he went out of his way to ensure or stay was great. We were leaving for a cruise the next day and he helped ensure everything was done correctly. The hotel has a station that you can go to to print out all the paperwork for the cruise or any other activity you are doing. There was a free shuttle bus that picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. It was clean and we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for it. There also was a shuttle that had a small coat but nothing to expensive to take us to the cruise ship. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and facilities, and courteous employees but that’s where it’s stops. The shower is very narrow and hard to move around in. The water pressure is nonexistent. The towels are some of the roughest I have ever encountered. The toilet seat is cheep and dips you down into the water. The food is way overpriced for what you get which was mediocre and very overcooked. I am incredibly disappoint.

If you plan to use the airport shuttle, you may have to stand in the middle of the road and flag them down. We were standing in the hotel shuttle bus zone and the driver completely bypassed us. I called the hotel and they didn’t tell him to come back around. They let him make a full trip back to the hotel and then sent him back. We waited an extra 45 minutes in the Miami heat. Not ok Hilton properties. Do better for your customers!!

I prepaid in full for a room with two queen beds for my mother and her friend the night before their cruise. We called twice, far in advance, to advise them of a late check in as the flight landed after 9pm AND to reiterate that the reservation was for a room with two queen beds. We were told "no problem" and "it's noted on the reservation". We also asked specifically about the airport shuttle, and were told it picked up outside baggage claim. We were NOT told that it only picks up outside one specific baggage claim, so they (and three other people) missed the shuttle. We called the hotel to let them know a group of people had been left. The hotel said they would send the shuttle right back (it's less than 4 miles away). It took OVER an hour for it to come back, even after multiple calls to the hotel. We were all told every time that it was "on it's way". Upon check-in, we were told that the room with two queens had been given to someone else and all that was left was a room with one bed. NO refund or adjustment was offered. They offered to waive the $10 shuttle fee to the pier. REALLY?! $10? The only good thing I can say is that the room was clean and breakfast was good.

The night crew Gio and Abigail are fun and get stuff done at the hotel. We’ve been here for 4 days already and I haven’t met anybody at the front desk that were as fun as Gio and Abigail. My stay before I met them was a 3 star and they earned the extra 2 stars for Hilton, just by their hospitality.

Do a favor to yourself. Do not stay in this hotel unless you’re 100% sure you won’t need any help from the front desk, shuttle from airport or even housekeeper. There is no shampoo at all, shuttle won’t pick you up at the airport and the front desk doesn’t answer calls from the room or even from cell phone. Had to spend 20$ with taxi from Mia Airport to get to the hotel.

My friend and I got stranded in Miami overnight due to bad weather. We thought we booked a room at the Hampton Inn but when we got there were told the hotel was full. Gio was at the front desk. We were understandably upset but Gio was kind and understanding. He gave us water, let us wait in the lobby and called around at other hotels to see if he could get us a room. He had several recommendations for food. Gio at the front desk made a horrible night better. Thank you Gio.
