The Hampton by Hilton in Coconut Grove (Miami, FL) was fantastic. Great staff, great price/value, clean room, comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition and having coffee and free water available all day was a nice touch.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by the lady at front desk, I don’t remember her name but she was awesome. The hotel is clean and in a good area and within walking distances to some restaurants. I would stay here again

We stayed here for two nights prior to our cruise. This hotel was one of the best we've ever visited! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and I loved the digital key option (used our phones to unlock our door...you have to download and register with the Hilton Honors app for that). The hotel location is in a somewhat residential area, and is ideal for visitors without cars (or who don't want to drive in Miami traffic). It's within a five-minute walk of the Coconut Grove Metrorail station, plus there's a strip mall across the street with a few fast food restaurants and a gas station that has a selection of beverages and some food items too. We took the metro rail into downtown Miami one of the days and it was super easy to navigate. We also had no trouble getting Lyft rides from here, cars were always just a couple of minutes away. The hot breakfast had a nice variety of food and beverages with pretty standard offerings (scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, fruit, waffles, muffins, etc.) and there's a roomy dining area. The 24-hour coffee/tea (and hot chocolate...our son loved this) station was a little surprise perk. We also spent a little time in the game room on a rainy night - board games mostly, which was a nice change of pace. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was well-maintained and easy to access. The hot tub was excellent, with appropriate water levels and a steamy temp. The walls in the pool area are vibrantly colored and the landscaping around the pool is inviting, creating a lush, semi-private backdrop. There's comfortable patio furniture and seating areas surrounding the pool, some seats covered, which was nice during rain bursts. And lastly, our experiences with the staff were wonderful here. Nice experience for business travel - wifi was decent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was okay, front desk staff were helpful (especially with our unexpected late checkout due to a work call which overran). We weren’t there long enough to experience any of the amenities but overall I’d stay again.

My room was well kept and the beds are always comfortable. A decent breakfast buffet is included and an all day coffee station. Location is good for shopping, restaurants and a good run location. The only negative is the $22 a night parking but the hotel rate is good in any case.

The hotel is nice but it is a little outdated. The people that work at the hotel are pleasant. The breakfast was not that great. The fruit was old and the bacon and sausage were both pale and undercooked. This occurred daily. If they fix the breakfast I would return. It was nice they had water for guests all day. I wasn’t able to get any cookies at the welcome desk but other guests said they were good.

Very clean, nice place to stay. Extremely friendly staff. The pool and hot tub area was a very nice area to hang out in. It was in a nice area of town. My husband and I walked all around and it was a beautiful walk. There was a nice breeze and sidewalks everywhere.

This is our second time staying at this Hampton Inn and I must say they are consistently good. The location is great and room rates seem to very good for the experience. We've kind of made this place our go-to spot when we are traveling in the area.
