Had a great stay here for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, if a little small, and loved the retro Art Deco vibe the place had. The pool was pretty big and great to relax by and both Miami beach and Little Havana were only a 15 minute drives away. This... More

Love the look of this hotel. It is very noisy, at night you hear everything, even with the free earplugs they give you. Also, no hot water out of the shower. Location is great and the staff at the desk is great, help you with everything! Booked us a great hop on, hop off tour.

A lot of noise at night being on Biscayne Blvd. A lot of traffic. Earplugs they supply didn't do the trick. I used my own. Wax plugs. Room was clean and well decorated, average. Lost my sweater in the room, went back a few hours later and it was gone.???????

This hotel is terrible. First of all, when I checked in, they gave me the wrong room number, and when I was inside I saw it wouldn't be my room because there was many things from others. What if the person was naked or something? Imagine how embarassing it would be. Second of all and the worst thing: my mother... More

It was unfortunate that you were not happy with your stay, According to my staff when you approached the front desk you told the clerk that the hotel was at fault because your mom slipped in the shower, the clerk responded she was sorry to hear that your mother slipped and if you needed to seek medical attention. The clerk... More

The bathroom's door knob was broken, the room smelled unpleasant, bathroom looked horrible. Rooms need remodeling ASAP. In addition, there is a lot of noise around that it is impossible to sleep, plus house keeping people knock too muchh.

After reading the reviews and doing some comparative shopping I was expecting the place to be a bare pass however what I found was a lovely 2 level hotel with a garden for breakfast. Daily turn down service, with fresh towels everyday. For the price I was expecting just a place to sleep but instead I spent some time enjoying... More

Firstly - this is not a hotel, it's a motel and in the most dangerous area in Miami! The location was shocking and this shouldn't be a place that's advertised for tourists to stay. It's very unsafe - please research the area before booking! The room itself was unclean, the bedding and carpets were very dirty. We were booked to... More
