Old motel, room small, but clean, bathroom very small, good size fridge, WiFi working well, basic TV with lots of Spanish channels, rear parking very tight, had a room to the pool side, very quiet, bed very comfortable, breakfast very basic. Over all it's ok for one night, reasonable rate for the area.

Basic accommodation but served a purpose. We had room 227 with a queen size bed (very comfortable) and a pool view (mini size pool) The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast on the patio was basic but enjoyable, bagels, bananas, cereals, tea and coffee served from 07:30 - 09:39.

Stayed at the hotel four years ago and was impressed with the rooms. Back again the rooms are still nice, staff friendly and wifi working everywhere. The area must be getting hipper as there is a Starbucks next door. Hmmm! Locationwise it is easy to get by car to everywhere. Will come back again

During our 5 days stuff we were fairly satisfied. Hotel is clean, stuff is assistive and park place was always available. Bottle of water evey day restored in the fridge. New towels as well as shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was something we were a bit scared after reading all the reviews. All is true - very limited and same...

Nice place to stay if you don't need to spend a lot time at the room. The backyard is great to hangout and have a quite coffee morning and the location area is great and a lot good restaurants around.

This ex Motel, now Hotel is perfect for basic lodging. The rooms are not fancy, but you're not paying fancy prices so no complaints there. The rooms are all served with air con, cleaned daily and water is provided in a small fridge. The toiletries are replenished daily. We are keen cyclists, so we didn't mind the cycle to miami...

The room was a bit tatty in places but the beds were very comfortable and the shower worked OK. The curtains didn't close properly which let the light in which woke me up. Breakfast for me was a dried out roll with cream cheese & juice of some sort. There was toast, butter, jam and a banana on offer along...

Arrived for 5 nights in Miami having no idea what to expect. Check-in was quick and easy, the lady was very helpful regarding local bus's etc. Our apartment was sufficient for our needs and quite spacious although the main overhead light did not work so this made the room a bit dark. Although there is a fridge there is nowhere...

The bed was like sleeping on the floor and there was no hot water and it was so noisy that they had to provide ear plugs it is right on US Hwy 1. The breakfast was outside and very limited options. I would not recommend this hotel.
