Where to begin... the check-in process was quick once I moved up to the attendant, Raul. Why I recall his name will become clear shortly, but there were two groups in front of us and the second staff member on duty showed up to motion us over to her once the other two groups had already been processed and were moving to the elevator bank. After checking-in, waiting on the slow, single elevator, and breaking the “clean seal” of the room door, we started to get ready to shower. And then we discovered the “certified” cleaned and sanitized room had no towels or wash cloths. A call downstairs was promptly answered and the person answering promised the linens soon. 30 minutes later, Raul knocked on the door to bring 2 of each towel type. This was the theme of the 5 night stay. Like a ghost movie, the dearth of staff added a strange sensation to the stay. Raul, and his colleague Ciara, were so pleasant and helpful while seeming to be the only two employees of the property until the final day. Since we only had towels for the night, the next morning I looked for someone when I saw a mobile cleaning station parked across the hall with the room door open. No one was in the room and I didn’t see or hear anyone move the station—it was gone when we returned hours later. On that return, with a light dusting of sand from the lovely beaches, we discovered the room had not been serviced at all. No new towels or K-cups for the coffeemaker, and rumpled bedsheets and a near empty shampoo bottle. As with the night before, it took Raul more than 15 minutes to arrive with towels. He was, again, pleasant and helpful, but only a haunted hotel relies on two staff. The location allowed a walk to little Havana, lengthy but doable, and a quick trip to some nice museums. The lack of cleaning service and bizarre procedures (the last day I finally saw a cleaning person and she told me rooms are cleaned at a three day interval) really damaged my experience. My status with the parent brand has dropped to Silver with pandemic-related business travel cancellations, but no guest should suffer this. The two staff I interacted with were really courteous and professional though.

Nice & cosy hotel outside of Brickell area. Rooms were decent & spacious. However there was no room & laundry service. The room was only tighten up only twice this happen only after my requests. just to finish, they have lost my laundry bag with my clothes. With so high rates I would expect more from a chain as Hilton. Hope this helps to get better.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here unless you like hair in your shower, toothpaste gunk from previous guests, stained sheets, slimy walls and doors and a bacteria fest. Clean stay is fake. With half witted staff .

I would give it average marks. The amenities are so - so and it was clean, but not immaculate. It seems more like a business hotel and parking is barely adequate. Nice staff, not overly go getters but pleasant. Location is good for brickell area.
