I recently stayed here for almost a month while in town on business. The staff was excellent and the valet department was willing to work with me on the price of parking for an extended stay. I will certainly return the next time I'm in town.
An in promptu salsa dance class at the epic pool made out otherwise regular boring day. Made my friend’s birthday memorable. The sangria was a nice perk. Claudia was very tentative to our skills. Definitely would so again.
Amazing! We had such a great time dancing and drinking by the pool. Would definitely recommend! Five stars for sure! We loved her and she made my friend’s birthday extra special for her. We had a great experience
I enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton epic miami, really nice hotel. Great customer service at front counter, was given a bday bag with a cookie and 2 small bottles of champagne (Very Nice) and a beautiful water view from our room balcony. I wanted to give this hotel a 5 star but we had some issues....Let's start with the valet Parking, What a hot mess!!! We would call for the car from our room, they would tell us 10 minutes and it would be out front. That was never the case!! We had dinner reservations at 7pm, restaurant was only 15 min away, we called for the car at 6:15...Plenty of time to make our reservation since the car was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. We go downstairs to leave, no car. We waited an hour for the car, missed our reservation and it was my friend's birthday. Since we weren't on time for the reservations, it pushed us out 3 hours. We didn't get our plates to the table until 12:30pm 🤨. What a mess!! Valet is horrible, other than that it was good. Oh yeah...Smoke detector was hanging off the wall in our room.…
I stayed at the Kimpton Epic in Miami from 12/30-01/03. My stay was was wonderful. Check-in was smooth and easy. Gabriel checked me in and was one of the reasons why my stay was great. Prior to arrival, Gabriel looked into yacht rentals for New Years for me. He did a lot of research on restaurants to visit and activities. I stayed in room 2811 which was superb. The view was spectacular. Looks like something straight out of a travel magazine. Zuma restaurant was very nice. The sushi is delicious. Area 31 is the name of the hotel restaurant. The food there was blah but the pina coladas were so freaking good! Ask Armando to make your pina colada while at the pool bar and tip him well because he does a great job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. -Shareen…
