Wasn't really sure if this was a redneck dive because of great price, really happy we decided to give it a try. Had a cottage right on the beach, it was really small but clean. This is not a place for people who have to be entertained, the beach is almost deserted which is nice for boring folks like me... More

After 2 years of going through chemo and breast cancer, my husband and I wanted a getaway, close to home. The cottage was very small, stained mattress, blood on sink stand bathroom, full cigarette ashtray on the deck, one small tv in living area w/ a futon, rude lady at check in, we stayed a few hours and had to... We stayed in a cottage for 3 nights. It was fun, eclectic and a bit eccentric but that is what we were looking for. If you are looking for luxury accommodations this is not your place. We stayed 3 nights in a one story cottage. It had a small porch attached which was a great place for morning coffee and... More

Don't expect updated accommodations. I loved the small two bedroom Victorian home across the street from the beach. The only thing I didn't like was the staff need to learn Southern hospitality! The evening girl was nice but not those in the morning. I would still come back.

We had just been through a very stressful time and decided to get away for the weekend. We rented one of the Victorian houses and oh my goodness; it was so beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous inside! If you love antiques, you will not be disappointed in the interior. We stayed in the Red Victorian house. The kitchen was very spacious, but... More

All was great! But one thing was annoying. The bathroom fan came on when the light turned on! REAL LOUND ANNOYING. NEED SEPARATE SWITCH. Will stay anytime!! Loved the pier down the road. 3 ft Sharks were being caught! I had some BIG bites myself! We stayed 3 nights. May 21-23 2016

My husband & I got away for a long weekend after 3 months of being the primary caregiver for my dad who will be 90 this year. It was my husbands bday. We love going to the beach & just hanging out for our R & R... Usually there are just too many people trying to do same... I saw... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. You feel like you are on an island someplace far away..very peaceful! The rooms were clean, well maintained, nice and comfy. This location is right on the beach. Really nice place. Will be going back again.
