This was my first time visiting the area and staying at the SeaGlass B&B. I loved it!! Our hosts were so inviting and helped make us feel right at home. The room was fabulous! During the day we went sightseeing, then back to the B&B to enjoy a swim in the pool. Happy hour was filled with conversations and delicious wine and snacks. Then we would head out to dinner. When we arrived back at the SeaGlass we enjoyed the fire pit. It was the BEST weekend! So relaxing which is exactly what I needed. I can't say enough about how great everything was. Alison and Karl make sure you are happy. They pay close attention to every detail to make your stay memorable. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Breakfast was Awesome. The food was fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back.

Property's Favorite Review
My husband and I recently stayed for a belated anniversary getaway. The Sea Glass Inn is definitely the gem of Melbourne Beach. Alison and Karl leave no detail unattended. The rooms and property are immaculate with a positive, relaxing energy. We ordered a hospitality basket for our room, upon arrival, which was full of goodies as well as a nice bottle of Malbec. You can enjoy time lounging by the heated pool or by the firepit. The highlights for my husband and I were afternoon conversations with Karl and Alison during the Inn's wine and cheese social hour. They truly care about your experience and can recommend activities as well as great restaurants. Lastly, but certainly not least, I have to discuss the gourmet breakfast. Heaven on a plate. Your tastebuds will be amazed each and every morning. My husband and I felt like kids each morning, waiting excitedly for 8:30am to head to the main house for each morning's creations. Lovely fruits for first course- the mango soup was my fave- followed by a second course. Hard to name my favorite there, but a toss up between waffles with caramel sauce and eggs benedict. Whether you're a seasoned traveler and B&B connoisseur or if this is your first time, this is your place for a truly memorable experience. We look forward to our next visit!

We are forever grateful I chose the Seaglass Inn for the night before our wedding. From the moment I met Karl he was extremely accommodating. Anything I asked of him he was more then willing to accommodate us or provided us with a more ideal recommendation. I first contacted him back in December 2019, for our wedding in March, to book our room. Karl recommended the 2 room suite in which I reserved. At the beginning of March 2020, I went back to the SeaGlass Inn to follow up on our previous discussion and clarify any details. Karl told me that they were booked to capacity because of spring break. Just two short weeks later the world turned upside down thanks to the corona pandemic and by March 24th we were their only and last guests. Normally the Inn has a happy hour daily around 5pm but because of the pandemic this was no longer allowed. Karl and Alison instead put a bottle of both red and white wine in my room and a cheese plate in my mini frig. Knowing that Myself and 2 bridesmaids were staying over that night in their 2 room 2 bath suite, Karl offered us a third room free of charge. After our sunrise wedding they allowed us to hold our small reception in their quaint courtyard. The paver lined courtyard has a beautiful heated pool and gas fire pit along with lounge chairs, unique bistro sets, and comfortable table and chairs. It was the perfect backdrop for us to toast our marriage, have our first dance, and serve our cake. The Brenner’s rounded off our morning and reception by providing breakfast for all 10 of us at no additional charge. They gladly packed it to go to comply with the state regulations set in place by this virus. We will be forever grateful to the SeaGlass Inn and the Brenner’s, for going above and beyond to make our wedding special. They truly care about their guest and make staying at their Inn unforgettable! Thank you! Tracey and Mike

For our first visit to Melbourne Beach we wanted to stay away from the crowds and high rise condos, near the Indian River and close to the beach. So, we selected SeaGlass. We got all of that plus the most gracious hosts, fabulous food, a cozy room and lovely outdoor visiting area with pool and fire pit! Add a full moon and interesting guests, and you have the perfect get away! This is an absolutely adorably lovely inn just steps from the town pier!

Hats off to Alison and Karl and their dog Lucy for an amazing four day stay last week in Melbourne Beach. Every little detail was a treat - from a different gourmet breakfast each morning to their happy hour in the evening which was so much more than a glass of wine. Everywhere was an easy walk, from the sunsets on the pier to the beach, and the couple had chairs, bikes, umbrellas to borrow. Also the fire pit was wonderful at night and offered a chance to talk with other guests about their day and compare notes. We met another couple visiting the inn for their fourth time. Hoping to be like them one day. If you are in the area, do not miss this place!
