Jacuzzi: Broken. Tub: Old, substandard—kept leaking into other areas of building. almost had to call police as Chief Engineer (sent by hotel manager) came pounding on my door as retribution for writing a bad review. I paid $3,000 to stay and couldn’t even take a bath. Coffee maker: Broken. Staff too lazy to simply clean room or change sheets—say they do but do not. Daughter coughing in room so bad. Had to beg for toilet paper, trash bags, and towels everyday. Ended up having to buy cleaning supplies to clean my own room and bathroom even though I am disabled.
Had a three night stay here with husband as we visited family in the area. Comfy beds, very clean, but no free breakfast. Breakfast buffet is $12.50/person and was good. Pool was clean and nice with ample chairs and tables. Highly recommend.
Traveled for work a long time. Aside from one Georgia & Gainesville, Florida, this one is the worst of any I've stayed at along the East coast. Staff simply cannot perform basic tasks, i.e., helping customers, answering phones, cleaning rooms or emptying trash. I've never seen anything like it.
This hotel could not have been better! We stayed one night as en extension after my mum had a fall and broke her leg, The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly, the lady on check in was so warm and helpful and the gent on security happily helped me with luggage whilst I managed the wheelchair! Even more exemplary was Frankie in Starbucks the following morning, she went out of her way to be helpful in finding me some stitches for me to buy for my mum, calling the store and reserving the last pair! She went truly above and beyond and made me feel like I was being looked after so well! Would not hesitate to stay here again!!
I got off the plane at Melbourne Airport and the shuttle was in the shop. Brittany at front desk provided exceptional service to ensure I was able to receive the complimentary airport shuttle service. John the Bell Captain was really polite and personable. I also ordered from Bar 9 an awesome burger and fries, Jenna was good and the music selection was awesome.
Great location and close to beach and restaurants. The stay was clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. The pool and outside seating was inviting. If I am in the area again I will be sure to book THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
This is a pretty standard hotel located near the Melbourne Airport. It is fine for business travel. For those on vacation, there is little nearby. As for the hotel itself, my room was clean, had decent wifi coverage, and enough outlets. The bathroom was fairly small and spartan. The overall vibe is that of a tired building needing a refresh. I had breakfast in the restaurant and my meal was very good. Prices are reasonable too.
Our room showed lots of wear and tear. Not a 4-star Jr Suite by any stretch. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the bedskirt was stained and frayed, and there was a bug walking across the dresser. We asked to be moved to another room but the hotel could not accommodate our request so we left and stayed elsewhere.
This has to be the worse customer service place I ever seen they didn't care if you were a diamond or not they forgot to give me somethings that they were suppose to , the manager a female was the worse after I ask her about my room change she told me to leave of I wanted too
I was highly pleased and definitely stay here again in the future. It was pretty quiet, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was pretty good. Customer service was great. Definitely A+.
