The staff was unprofessional with poor customer service. They charge your card before you even arrive to check in to make sure you have a room cause they allowedpeople to book rooms that wasn't available. I had make up on my sheets when I got in my room, mind you I had to wait several hours before I could check in due to cleaning and my room was still dirty. Water leak from the AC unit. No batteries in the remote, the big manager literally handed me batteries instead of coming to take a look. The batteries didnt even fit. Our microwave didn't work and it took them a few hours to bring a new one with fresh sheets and towels. I'll never again waste my time or money at this motel...

We enjoyed our stay. The maintenance man did a great job trying to get one of our AC units working His boss was jerk. Very rude to the gentleman over the phone. Completely disrespectful. Unnecessary. I only know this because it was on speakerphone while the gentleman was trying to get the breaker box open. I don’t know who the man was on the phone, but I felt so bad for the maintenance man. You did a great job. Thank you for trying. :)

I went to go check in with my confirmation and my confirmation had a different date then the establishment they work very well together to fix it and even up graded my room due to a computer glitch. Thank u for fixing it and being very nice about it. Room was very clean.

Great suites at a fantastic prices.... did not try the sushi restaurant, but I heard is great! Ten minutes to downtown and 18 minutes to awesome beaches. Staff is very friendly and the complimentary breakfast menu changes daily. Easy access to the highway.

We stayed three nights at Melbourne All Suites while traveling around Florida. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. We needed to change rooms and they didn't hesitate to make it happen right away. The breakfast was made fresh daily. Michael was a great host and made sure that we had a great experience each morning. Every staff member we met was polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here when in the Melbourne area.Ps. the pool area was awesome.

I witnessed a altercation with a big dude and the hotel manager Makita. The guy didn't pay for his room at 5 pm in the evening. Ms. Makita like the power tools our joke you stayed professional even when the guy chased you in the parking lot all because you asked him to leave or pay. People are clowns but you are 👍👍👍. Melbourne Suites Inn is the best hotel ever . Make sure to visit and leave Ms. Makita like the power tools a 5 circle review .
