I can never understand why visitors to Greece crowd into modern hotels at the coast, when they could save money, avoid noise, bustle and mosquitoes by staying in one of the charming and cool inland villages like Tsagarada, Kissos, or Neochori, all within easy driving distance of a variety of wonderful beaches. In Neochori you will find a fantastic guesthouse.... More

We took a short break in this lovingly renovated petite old mansion with a shaded colourfull garden. We had a spacious room with a small sitting room on the first floor which was so cool and airy in a hot summer's day we didn't want to leave our room. The hostess mrs Rena is a genuinely friendly and warm person... More

I had a short stay here when travelling through Greece. Rena provided the best breakfast that I had in Greece (the spanakopita was worth the stay alone) and went to great lengths to make me feel welcome and was more than willing to give me tips on local beaches and activities. The house itself is immaculate, charming and peaceful and was... We have visited Archontiko Prepala already three times and had an excellent time. Situated in Neochori, a quiet but beautiful village with two very good restaurants. . Neochori is very near the touristic village Milies. Archontiko Prepala is a small boutique hotel with beautiful decorated rooms , where you can relax and feel at home. Everything is very clean and... We found Prepala based on a personal recommendation since it is not situated in the main tourist villages of Pelion. And we are soooo glad that we did come! Mrs Rena made us immediately feel very welcome and we got loads of good recommendations for local activities and places to visit. As other reviews have pointed out, her breakfast is... More

This little boutique bed and breakfast made our holiday really special. Not only you get breathtaking views of the Pagasitic Golf but also the service is really friendly and Mrs Rena's breakfast made with fresh local produce are the perfect start of the day! The rooms were tastefully decorated in the local style and sometimes it felt that we were... More

An old Arhontiko (mansion) converted into a wonderful small hotel where tradition meets luxury and style. Located in Neochori, a small village about 30 km from Volos, I think this hotel is an excellent choice for all seasons. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and cleaned every day. The breakfast is amazing, all homemade, you can enjoy it either in... More

Situated conveniently in Neohori, one of Pelion's most beautiful villages, Arhontiko Prepala is a great starting point to discover the beauties of the area from the locals' point of view, avoiding the touristy buzz. Arhontiko Prepala offers a quality stay: we enjoyed personalized service, a spacious and comfortable room with unique decoration and gorgeous mountain views! I really loved the... More

We came to know Rena’s hotel following a very warm recommendation and intended to stay just for a couple of nights. We found ourselves spending our entire vacation there. The hotel itself was renovated with exquisite taste and is warm and welcoming. Rena is an amazing person and host that went out of her way to ensure we had a... More
