Anglers Inn is the place to be. Owners Janette and Karl are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. You have a Lanai to sit in outside or you can sit out on the dock and fish and watch the wildlife go by. Birds, fish and sometimes a dophin will swim by. They have Kayaks, bikes, fishing poles and a grill to use. Very pet friendly, I know Buddy, Skippy and Rainy enjoyed themselves not being cooped up in a hotel room. Albert did a lot of fishing. You won't go wrong if you book here. We stayed 3 weeks very relaxing and secluded with the virus going around. Booked for next year.

My husband and I stayed in Matlacha for one night. The room was great! We parked the car and walked to shops, restaurants and bars as they were all close by. Ended the evening with wine in the screened patio. Great evening!

We spent 4 days and nights in room 4 of Angler's Inn. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. One of our favorite parts of our stay was our boat tour with Karl. He took us around the island and shared a lot about the history and the wildlife and native plants. We also really loved just hanging out on the dock and watching the pelicans and anhingas. My husband took a kayak out and had an enjoyable time floating around. I also really enjoyed talking with Janette. She is very welcoming and easy to get along with. Truly Karl and Janette are wonderful people and I would stay here again in a heartbeat because of them. We hope to come back sometime and explore the island some more!

This is a 4 room motel. The owners live right there and are very friendly and helpful. They have kayaks, bikes, a fish cleaning table, docks, rental boats and a grill. The rooms are a little small and the rental boats aren't anything to get excited about but it is very homey.

We had a nice relaxing weekend . The owners are very friendly and the room was immaculate. Enjoyed the little area and is nice that you could use the canoe/kayaks for free. Our dog Rufus enjoyed the area as well. Thanks
